I I would like to shout out the excellent customer service that I received from Lorena, shift manager at Pizza Hut in Aloha. I recently visited this restaurant to purchase pizza for my entire family. Normally, the pizza there is excellent and well-prepared. Unfortunately, in this recent experience my order was not done correctly nor was it cooked to their normal high standards. When I contacted the store and discussed this with Lorena, she made it clear that customer satisfaction is their highest priority. Therefore, she make everything right by issuing us a credit and reiterating their commitment to excellent customer service and satisfaction. I appreciate her kindness and care and high professionalism and will continue to visit this restaurant and recommend them to friends and family. Great job!

I have had issues with this location for a while on and off, but have had to stick with them as this is the only pizza chain that doesn’t have dairy in their crust, which I cannot have. This location is what my delivery defaults to, so really no other pizza delivery options for me, so I kept giving them more chances.
What happened today was the nail to the coffin in my business with them. Once again, I received an order that was missing ingredients, specifically missing beef, even though my email confirmation clearly had it.
About a week ago my order was delivered entirely smashed to one side, like it had been transported on its side.
So today, after receiving my pizza without beef, I called right away to have this hopefully fixed. To someone this may seem like not a big deal, but I actually needed beef today for medical reasons and on a my doctors advice.
The lady who answered, got very snooty with me very fast, basically shaming me for calling “all the time”, even though this has literally been my second time calling ever. She also had the nerve to say “something can’t be wrong every time”, which just isn’t a logical thing, given that I’ve been ordering every week for a couple of years, and only called last week about the smashed pizza, and this week about missing beef on my order. The girl was absolutely ruthless, condescending and aloof, and literally at the end said that she’s “a 16 y.o. girl” who doesn’t get paid for “all that”. I had called with a very polite and constructive attitude, but when she started shaming me and talking down to me, I started to push back saying it’s not my fault their system didn’t have beef in my order. I was looking at my email confirmation that clearly did, but she didn’t want to hear it. I offered to send her that confirmation, as well as photos of my smashed pizza from last week, given that she wasn’t believing me, but she said I’d have to call corporate about that. I tried telling her that I didn’t appreciate her tone with me, given that I was polite, calm and constructive with her, to that she just said “anything else?” So I had to end the call at that.

first time at this location.
i got helped pretty quick & the cashier was nice enough.
i think its crazy theres not really a menu in here, & the printout they keep behind the register has no prices on it.
anyway, i guess the 1 topping large is the same price as the 2 topping large, so i got the 2 topping large for $10, which is actually a great deal these days.
it tasted pretty good too, no complaints about the actual pizza.
id come back.

Online order said it would be ready at 5:51pm Got to the store at 5:50 order said ready on screen gave the name they said it was still cooking then walk to the back. I can see my order sitting in the hot case. No employees upfront. Then the lobby gets filled with 5 door dash drivers and I get stuck sitting until 6:05 when finally they realize my order had been ready for 15 minutes. Seriously frustrating when you order pay tio etc and have go stand around waiting for food thats already READY.

I didn’t know I was going to get a training session from corporate today! This area manager was so loud it was difficult to hear the employee taking my order. The manager also scolded workers and told them how often bank transfers were and when and how many were missing, how computer transactions worked, and where people needed improvement. I didn’t get the memo that there was going to be this much information spewed so loudly while waiting for my order today. Her coughing every minute also had me worried about sanitization in the food area. I did not want to be overwhelmed with all of her loud and possible security-breaching information today. She needs to not have these meetings at 1 pm lunch rush and in a private room if she can’t tone it down. Wow! The calzone made by the employee was delicious and worth the wait. The atmosphere was unprofessional and jarring, to say the least.

accurate, punctual, and caring with every order. don’t use them “delivery companies “ they’re trash! order directly and get great service with hot food… imagine that… Thank you to the team at 185th!!! I still stand with my previous review, this store still has direct to you delivery and food is nice and hot. like many restaurants though I am sorry to say, they’ve reduced quality and quantity for your money… over $5 for an order of dirt cheap fried potatoes with some cheap spices and less than a handful??? really???

Was quoted 15 minutes and arrived at 20. The girl told me it would just be another minute and so I waited another 20 minutes. Then some guy in a unlabeled disheveled shirt came out to ask people names and told me that mine was going to be a while. I told him that the girl said it would only be a minute and he said I’m going to tell you yours is going to be a while. A while later the girl hands me my pizza, and the counter says that it’s free if they don’t show it to you, which they didn’t. And I wish they had because it was sloshed all around the box. Where I was waiting sitting down there were flies, the lobby was full of doordash drivers. I used to really love this location, they were fast and good. I don’t know if management has changed or what but this was really disappointing.
