We recently had Salpinos cater my Mom’s 90th birthday party. We had close to 100 people in attendance. The food arrived on time, as did the servers( we had3). The staff that was sent to provide the serving were exceptional ! They helped make the party a huge success and those in attendance made sure to tell us that. The food itself was absolutely fantastic. George (of Salpinos) helped us pick out the right package for our party. His recommendations were spot on. From set up to clean up, everything went better than planned. The people raved about the food. The president of the retirement community even said they’d be using Salpinos from now on. We shop there on a regular basis for meat and sandwiches but will be sure to go here again for any future events we need catered. We can’t say enough about how delicious and fresh everything was. Even the full sheet cake was great. Best decision we ever made concerning catering.

Food was classic Italian at its best .they had platters made to take home like rigatoni a la vodka , chicken francaise with pasta ready to go , Christmas cookies and anything else you need .we bought some heroes that were amazing. I got the Italian hero it was fantastic. Will definitely be visiting again

I can’t say enough good things about Angela at Salpino’s! She is always so helpful and such a pleasure to work with. She recently helped me design a cake for my mother’s 65th birthday, and it came out absolutely beautiful. Not only did it look stunning, but the flavor was incredible — my family has been loyal to a famous Bronx bakery for years, and even they agreed the cannoli filling here was so much tastier. Thanks to Angela, the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again!

Every time I order from the bakery the food is awesome, and even more awesome is Angela! She always makes my every visit pleasant and memorable. Most recently ordered 5 cookie trays for my mom’s birthday celebration. The trays looked delicious and were wrapped professionally. Very pleased with the process, start to finish, and Angela is the cherry on top!

I can’t say enough good things about Salpino’s in Bellmore. I’ve been coming here for years. I walk in for the bakery and end up buying food… or I come in for the food and leave with desserts. I was way overdue for a review, so today I’m focusing on the bakery department.
I absolutely love Angela. I work with her for all my special orders—whether I’m heading to my cumpari’s house for Sunday dinner or planning something bigger. I got engaged in January and recently had our engagement party, and of course I reached out to Angela for the cake and pastries. The pictures don’t do them justice. Everything was incredible, as always.
Huge thank you to Angela and the entire bakery staff, and to Sal, the owner, for putting together such an amazing team. You can tell they cook and bake because they want to, not because they have to. You can always taste the love in the food.
