This Taco Bell is a unique location because of how great the food is but how terrible the service is. This Taco Bell’s food is far superior to any other Taco Bell restaurant in the city. When you get food from this Taco Bell the food is fresh, it’s piping hot, and it’s delicious. In fact the quality of the food at this particular restaurant is why I keep coming back to it. And this is despite the poor customer service which seems to be an issue every time I come to the restaurant. The young lady who works the drive-thru is often quite rude and looks like she doesn’t want to be there. And she’s quite rude to customers as well. She frequently looks miserable and that type of attitude rubs off on to customers. There’s also a young man that’s often working to drive through and he too is not very happy or personable. The art of customer service at this particular Taco Bell is lost. And while they often get the orders correct, they also often forget portions of your orders meaning you have to go back inside or through the drive-thru again to get the items you’ve already purchased. If they were able to increase customer relations and customer service to the same level as their food this would be the perfect Taco Bell.

5 stars because the food at this location seems to always be more consistent in quality and quantity compared to other locations. Is it perfect? No. Its fast food, people! About the only issue I’ve ever had was a young woman working the window one night and seemed to me that asking her for “a lot of hot sauce” was stealing from her 401k. I order thirty bucks worth of food. Think you can toss in more than 5 sauce packets. I didn’t catch her name, but she didn’t seem like she was having a good decade. Anyhow, other than, always been a reliable TB to go to. 5 stars.

Look … whoever was in the kitchen on 7/26/25 around 8 ish pm … was hittin dooowwwnnn on everything. Nacho fries hot and crispy … double beefy cheese burritos was top notch ‼️10/10. The Manager needs to keep the kitchen staff happy for sure !! I never had a Taco Bell EAT DOWN like that … . Compliments to the cooks ‼️ it was so good I had to call up there and let them know immediately!! I go to this location every now and then but tonight was the best the food has ever been.

Taco Bell as can be expected. Not a fan of the self service touchscreen order platform, nobody is at the counter to take orders. The system asks if you want sauce, I selected sauce, none was provided, glad I checked before I left.

Scott knows customer service like the back of his hand! I had a bit of a crummy day today and wanted to treat myself, so of course Taco Bell holds the answers to my problems. They had run out of the tacos I wanted and Scott came through by suggesting something similar price-wise and it turned out AMAZING! Scott deserves a raise and then some.

Ordered a Dorito Loco Taco got home I only live .3 miles & this is what I opened soggy Taco they gave me its like its been sitting there for awhile & they gave it to me. Want go back!!! Will be cooking my own Tacos from here on out. The Mexi beef burrito where the hell is BEEF!! SMDH

New worker is super chill, This taco bell has improved drastically since I first went there as a child. They have not messed app my order, ordering here about twice a week for the past 2 years.
I do a however, think they should bring back the breakfast even if it is served for less hours in the day. Their breakfast is very good, but I assume there margins were very low on the cravings box and that wasn’t sustainable, still good while it lasted.

The menu has changed drastically. They no longer have the nachos options as they previously had. Today the bacon Club Chalupa was horrible. The shell was old and tough, the insides was mostly lettuce. The shell of the crispy taco was thin and in many pieces with no cheese. It will be either a long time or never before we return there.
Picture far bottom is on here from location manager. Not true they have very few of the items mentioned. They haven’t had the Fiesta Taco Salad in a long time.
