the workers are amazing, but this specific store is the slowest of all of them. The workers are constantly left alone, leaving one worker to please an entire line of people. I wait nearly 30 minutes every time I go through this drive through line, almost 20 just to get my order taken at the speaker. Dunkin do better, and schedule more workers to work during peak hours. It’s shameful how overworked these people are.

I have seen so many bad reviews about this Dunkin location. I visit here EVERYDAY ! between 5-5:30. I have ALWAYS gotten great service here, fast – reliable and very kind folks here. Lastnight i stopped bye late after work about 6pm Stephanie was kind – quick and made the best kick-ass Mocha latte i have ever had. I continue to visit here and just cant get over all the negativity. MY hats off to the very early morning staff as they do a great job everyday ! I will visit with Stephanie every chance i get. Thank you !!!

second time going to this location, the workers in the morning i dont know if they dont want to work but are very rude yesturday they gave me a burnt croissant and today i got a half a sandwich? this is ridiculous we all dont want to work sometimes early in the morning but if u dont like your job get a new one this is disrespectful and the people dat was there this morning the dude he was 100 percent nonchalant and the girl just dancing thinking everything funny , yeah dont waste ur time here .my coffee had 0 sugar and i asked for liquid sugar in my iced coffee like jsut make it make sense if u dont like ur job get another one

The drive thru is so SLOWWWWW. There’s no reason why they shouldn’t have more people working in this place. This is 2 days in a row I’ve had to sit in this drive thru for more than 10 minutes with the same 3 cars in front of me and 6 behind me. Hire people!!!!

I will never go back there again…. I was at the drive thru and the lady’s tone was rude. I went off and told her that she didn’t have to talk to me like that and I told her to just cancel the order and I went to the Dunkin at 896 which is 10 times better. Not to mention, I’ve waited 3-5 minutes for me to order. Don’t waste your time.

Longest lines everrrrr!!! Came here for a couple days in a row- each time took at least 15+ minutes in the drive through. Service is okay, which is the only reason I’m not doing one star. If you’re in a rush, go inside !!!!!!!

This is one of the absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts that they have placed around Newark, I’ve been sitting in line for 25 minutes for a mobile order there is no one assisting anyone in drive-through. On top of going inside there’s a line with multiple workers, Better off going to any other location.

Never again. I literally pre-ordered online and still had to wait 25 minutes for my food! Drive thru line is ridiculously long and people constantly cut in drive thru line. I don’t know know if maybe the have 2 line Drive thru but they should stop cause they can’t even handle one. …just not worth it
