Walked in was not greeted, went to pick up side and saw about 6 bags sitting there. Look in the cooking area and 3 employees just standing laughing and talking. Finally one grabs a bag completely ignores me and starts yelling the name of a customer in my face. Then turns to me and says what’s the name? I give her my name she grabs the bag then looks at me and says last name? Not sure why the double check after already grabbing my bag and looking at me like I was lying. I said thank you, not a you’re welcome, have a good night, nothing! Terrible customer service. Restaurant was dirty, drink station filthy! Fries were barely warm and chicken was undercooked. Big disappointment we come here frequently. Not anymore!

We ordered for pick up and got everything we ordered. We had original wings and boneless. The original were good. Sauces were pretty much what the titles were and not very spicy but still with a hint of heat. The boneless were …. small chicken fingers with sauce. This is the worst wingstop location. They make the wings terrible. The workers are all unprofessional and playing around with each other not even paying attention to what they are doing. I went to this location twice and my wings are dry and have literally no sauce. Serving dry hard wings. Disappointed.

went in to get some ranch dressing to go. I noticed that the person at the counter grabbed the ranch dressing, took a sticker off the top of it, and then try to sell it to me. I specifically ask what the sticker was and he said the expiration date. I asked to see the date which expired in two days.
I asked why he would remove the expiration date on a product that they’re selling, and he consulted with another lady in the store who said it was store policy
Having experience as a food inspector in a previous life, I find it hard to believe that you can sell a product to the public that requires an expiration date and be allowed to remove the expiration date when selling that product.
I’ve filed a complaint with a state board of Health and we’ll see if something comes up with that

It’s been awhile since I’ve had Wingstop, today I was craving some boneless wings. So I decided to eat here today. When I walked in there wasn’t the option to dine in, all the tables and chairs were stacked in the corner which was kind of a bummer because I really wanted to relax and eat my wings. There is signage that states you must wait in your car while your order is being made. I went back to my car to wait 16 minutes and then went back inside to grab my order. It was ready on time which was great, only downfall was I had to either eat in my car or take it home. The food was nice and fresh but there was no napkins or utensils included in the bag.
