DO NOT get the cheesy bite pizza unless you want the cheese to melt out of the crust and burn on the bottom as well as a very tough crust. Be prepared for your jaw to hurt after eating. Also my pizza wasn’t even hot when I got it. So disappointed. One of those huge buyer’s remorse deals.

We discovered this Pizza Hut after moving to Jeff City last year. Hubby has an issue with tomatoes and we asked for no sauce and other options. All the employees were extremely nice and made our pizzas exactly as asked. They were also super delicious! We get our pizzas only from here – the best!

Great dine in experience. There were coloring books for kids and a super kind staff. I watched a staff member carry out 6 pizza for a customer. Also the assistant manger Logan was super helpful when overcoming a payment issue. Will visit often.

We ordered a super Supreme, it ended up coming with the new York style pepperoni. My 4 yr old normally picks all the pepperoni off of her pizza first and she wouldn’t even eat it. I called and Brad apologized and said that he could credit me back 20 dollars or he could remake the pizza but I would have to come get it myself. I’m 2 weeks away from having a baby so that wasn’t something I wanted to deal with. It still put me out the almost 14 dollars that I spent on delivery fee and tip. The employees were nice but I think it’s ridiculous that I wasn’t credited my entire purchase amount. We’ve done business there for years but this was extremely disappointing. My pregnancy taste buds ended up with an awful after taste and I ended up just throwing up what pizza that I ate. Exception should be given to long time customers. It’s just good business practice.

We wanted a medium pan pepperoni lovers pizza but there was a sale on a large pan pizza and we paid for extra pepperoni. They were generous with the toppings it was like getting the lovers version for less money and a bigger pizza. The delivery was fast and timely and the pizza arrived fresh and delicious. The delivery charge is a bit high but other than that, it was perfect.

Manager was extremely rude I called to let them know the sauce tasted off. We didn’t finish after one slice. Offered to take it back to store for refund. I had company had to offer them something else to eat didn’t want them to get sick. Female “manager” never apologized or offered any remedy and hung up on me. Domino’s across the street has never treated me like that. Guess what next time Domino’s is my go to is I have to deal with that female Manager again it’s a no go to Pizza Hut on Truman.
