This is, quite possibly, the worst Subway I’ve ever encountered. This location is the same as the other rated a 2.6. Don’t let the numbers confuse you. I’ve been here 3 times. The workers were nice and seemed to try their best. But the food is gross. They are always out of everything, so that could be why. But from now on I will try to avoid this location.

Everything was perfect. The staff was phenomenal. The manager or owner on shift at the subway was very respectful to the employees which I really appreciated. Brandy served us and she was amazing. Best subway I have been to, the atmosphere was elevated.

This place is a dumpster fire. There is usually only one or two employees and the food takes forever to be made. I placed an online order for 7 subs and showed up 5 minutes after the app said they would be ready. None of the subs had even been started.
Because of their staffing it is usually dirty as well. Not a problem if you’re grabbing to go. Advise you to go to a different Subway or the Jersey Mikes across the road.

Went around 11 this morning and pulled on the door and it was locked..no sign or anything. They opened at 9. Then I went to the one by jack britt and stood in their dining room over 5 mins and nobody even came up front. So 2 locations failed me today

My son and I went in yesterday, around 5 pm. No one in line, no customers at tables eating, so pretty dead. All employees were in the back and no one came out after 5 minutes of waiting. We left. Customer service has truly gone downhill. Don’t get me started on the Subway on Bingham…

How this subway has any stars is amazing. Huge lines, dirty environment, never make your sub correct, not caring workers. This sub shop should be shut down. Hopefully the health department stops at 5 PM to see what everyone else is seeing. This has gone on for a long time. The owner of this franchise needs his/her franchise license taken.

Usually have a good experience with this particular location, NOT today. I ordered through the app so that I could get the promotion for the buy one get one half off… bad idea. The subs were prepared wrong even though I left detailed instructions in the app on how to prepare it. I called back explaining what happened and that it would be a long drive back (40 minutes) and was told that if I do not come back today WITH the receipt (may I remind you that I ordered thru the app and never get the receipt)I would not be compensated. TOTALLY DISGUSTED with the customer service and still hungry to boot. And out of the money as well. And walked in there with a tip in hand because it was a special order. Never again.

Went to the Subway at Walmart in Hope Mills, NC today 3/3/23 at 1pm lunch time. There was no bread ready at all the girls behind the counter found it funny when we were upset. Did not appreciate the lack of concern they had for their customers and we were not the only ones that turned away for that reason.

This is the 3rd and final bad experience ive had at this place. I order ahead every time and it never seems to fail its not dont even 5min after the estimated time. This last time the sandwich was not toasted which on the recept it says toasted and also we did not receive Double meat, which we paid for. This was the 3rd and final strike. Its sad they will take anyone these days for bodys
