So I’ll get straight to the point .. this is the worst Domino’s/ pizza place in pensacola by far ! Gave this place chance after chance and they screw up time after time . So no matter what you get either it’ll be over cooked or just completely screwed ! And another funny thing is the pizza deals . It’s like “oh here’s a deal for 6.99 each or 7.99 each carry out but the trick is if you get sausage we can only put a total of 6 pieces of sausage on your cheese pizza you didn’t order” it’s a joke ! Don’t have deals if your gonna punish the customers for using them ! How do you have half-ass made pizzas out and take people’s money with a straight face ! Now idk if this is a thing at all Domino’s or not but I damn sure won’t be having Domino’s anymore .. God bless

The most idiotic and rude people running this place. You could put the most barebones instructions and it would still be delivered wrong. Asked for my order to be delivered to the MAIN ENTRANCE of Ascension Sacred Heart at 5151 N 9th, instead it was delivered to the Studer Pediatrics at 1 Bubba Watson Dr. But thats not the worst part. Sherry treated me like it was my fault that the order was delivered wrong and that she “didnt even know the difference.” Which would be understandable if it wasn’t for the fact that google will show you theres a difference. She immediately got defensive and screamed at me over the phone that I just hung up and cried. I cant with this place.

Unable to take an order accurately over the phone. Nothing but roadblocks thrown up. Can’t do this can’t do that. Better off using the app than wasting time talking to any human at the store. At least I can blame myself if I mess things up.

Okay so its like the only Dominos in our area. That will deliver this way.. We always seem to have problems with our order from this location. Tonight we ordered Bacon and barbeque chicken bits which were BURNT… GOT PICTURE TO PROVE IT. Also ordered Philly steak and cheese sub with light onions and EXTRA STEAK.. I SURE WAS CHARGED FOR IT BUT IT Sure don’t look like I got anything extra…! ??? Got the picture to prove this as well… ! The Delivery driver was right on time all food was still warm and he was polite no complaints on the delivery this time…But The burnt cooked food and NO EXTRA STEAK plus paid for.. So they just called and said they would reimburse my Card and that it will take 2 or 3 days…I guess we will see..??? So like That was the only thing good about this order tonight…

Was disappointed in the fact we called in to track the order, they didn’t mention the small detail that they took the salad off our bill. That was my dad’s dinner and he didn’t get eat because of it. Plus the tracker didn’t work for the app nor the website. This place is usually way better than that. Come on.

8-7-2022 – didn’t want pizza wife. Told me about their chicken chunks so.. sweet bbq bacon chunks it is – A good change up. Oh and she got lava cakes… check that out (I added a son of peanut butter on top)

Worst-ever encounter with unprovoked, unnecessarily rude manager. Horrible. Order from this store if you’re a sadist desiring to be spoken to and treated like a dog. Corporate should use the phone call recording as a one-stop summary of everything a manager should never do or say to a customer. I give them 5 stars for “Outstanding Achievement In Mind-Blowing Unprofessionalism”, as well as dethroning the time i got mugged as my “Lifetime #1 Unpleasant Human Interaction Award”.

18 ” Pepperoni and wings. 15 minute wait. No ice for 2 later Dr. Pepper. Its hot out here. No drink offered while waiting for food. Asked to move from drive through when No one in drive through. Counted six cars in and out at Little Ceasers across parking lot.

Never an unfriendly employee here. Food is always the fastest and the best. Had a mishap for the first time with a pepperoni/pineapple situation (easy mistake) but Ruben, quickly and gladly corrected it for me. Favorite pizza location for sure. Cowabunga dudes!!
