We ordered here for an office lunch this week. I ordered the double cheeseburger with bacon. The bacon was fried great. The burger was definitely hand patted. It could have used a little more seasoning. The fries were very basic. I was not a big fan of them at all. They had zero seasoning on them, including salt. Seemed to be just a basic frozen fry. One of my coworkers ordered the BBQ nachos. She liked them.

Absolutely the best burger I’ve ever had in my life if I’m being honest! Hands down! I truly enjoyed my meal and I’m looking forward to going back again. My coworker introduced me to this place and I will definitely be returning with my family next time. The service was amazing and it hit just the right spot. The cashier was so sweet and I love the fact that’s it’s a family owned restaurant. Anytime you’re in the area you should definitely add this to your list for places to eat. You won’t regret it!

Working in Oxford, first time visiting. Ordered double cheeseburger with fries and drink. Delicious!!! Nothing beats a good griddle burger!! Juicy and flavorful!! Cooked fresh and fries were plentiful as well!! Highly recommend and will most definitely be back!! Super friendly staff and plenty of room to dine in. The restaurant was very clean. If you haven’t been to Handy Andy you are 100% missing out!! I have never had anything bad here. Their burgers and BBQ are amazing but my all time favorite is their Minnie sandwich which is basically a ham, turkey, and roast beef sandwich. SO GOOD. Oh, and of course the tots and sweet tea are also fire!

True local favorite. Get the double burger with cheese, you’ll have no regrets and it’s Oxford’s best burger. You may get something “fancier” elsewhere, but it won’t beat this true classic! Don’t come with a traditional restaurant experience in mind. Old fashioned, prepared fresh, local southern food shop at its finest.

This place is an institution that has to be fully experienced to be fully appreciated. This ain’t no one-time stop either. The barbecue is consistently good with a great sauce (get the hot) and solid sides. Their beans are a favorite that taste just as good as they did about 30 years ago when I had them the first time. The burgers are some of the best smash burgers you’ll find almost anywhere. AND the service is extremely kind and down to earth. No fancy put on garbage here; just real people making solid southern food.
