I ordered a chicken sandwich combo. The lettuce was old and the fries were cold. I live 4 mins away from the location I went.
The other order i got was a 3 piece chicken fingers and not only the fries were cold they tasted like they been sitting for a long while also the portion that was give was way less the the normal amount given. Now the prices are alot more for the food they should up the quantity of expectation of the food being served. I suggest ypu request fresh cooked fries and check the lettuce before leaving.

The food was very good.
The chicken fingers were moist and tender. The outside was crispy. Not dried out. The crinkle fries were fresh.
The toast was buttery and moist. All and all. A great meal.

We ordered 3 combos and only received 2. As most people also commented, the portions are very small compared to other Canes I’ve been to. Very unfortunate.

So good! We were headed to chick fil a but the line was so long, we decided to try this place out. So glad we did! Very delicious, crispy chicken, and the Texas toast plus Cole slaw were also great. The customer service was very friendly. We came back a second time in one week! Haha

Let me start off by saying how much I love Cane’s. Every time I go to a Cane’s I always leave feeling satisfied. This, however, is my first time leaving a review for any Cane’s restaurant. The very sweet young lady working the register today 8/2/2025 around 12:30pm did something I have not seen done at any other cane’s, which impressed me enough to write this review. In between orders, she was literally walking around to tables and checking on customers making sure that everyone was properly taken care of. Talk about 5 star service! I wish I would’ve taken her name to shout her out personally. Keep it up young lady! With that kind of hustle you’re gonna go far!

This is insane and never happened before even at the other canes. I ordered a box combo no slaw and no toast all fries as well as a side of fries. I get home 15 minutes away and saw that this was my side of fries which looks like im supposed to dip my sauce in the fries. I went back got told by 2 people theyll replace it and a blonde older lady in a grey jacket talked to me about it. She said they gave me the opposite, left , then came back and said thats the right amount cause they can only give me 2 ounces. Idk whats true but thats crazy and she didnt even apologize or anything.

First time visiting. Went on a Sunday night at 7pm. Staff was fast and friendly. Food was good. We requested extra crispy fries but it came out just regular fries.
