Spoke with the manager on Friday 3/7/2026 and he responded I dont care. He told me he knows about FOOD PATHOGENS and because I got sick after I ate the pizza, he stated he is not responsible. Very UNEDUCATED and RUDE employee.

The employee with no gloves looked like he had not washed his hands in hours, although, he walked back and forth to and from the kitchen touching pans, doors, and objects. Very UNSAFE and unsanitary.

Thursday 10/5/2026 I purchased the $10.00 topping special. What I didn’t like was the employee putting on toppings without gloves and using his hands? I don’t know when the last time he washed his hands, but that’s just not clean to me.

I arrived home and I began eating the pizza and I immediately start having stomach pains. I stopped eating the pizza because apparently that one one or two or more of the toppings are bad bad decision.

I ordered an extra-large pizza, and my total was $21.76. I never received my order.
I called the store and was placed on hold for about 10 minutes. When a male employee answered, he did not give his name. I explained that I never received my order. He said he asked the driver, and the driver claimed the pizza had been delivered. I asked him to have the driver describe my driveway to confirm the delivery. He hung up on me.
I called again, and a female employee answered. I explained the situation again and made the same request for the driver to describe my driveway. She also hung up on me.
I then went to the store in person. One of the managers was outside. I asked who my driver was, and the driver came out. He was extremely rude and insisted that he had dropped the pizza off in front of my door. When I asked him to describe my house or driveway, he ignored me and said he did not have to. I asked the manager to have him describe it, but she refused and said the general manager was present.
The general manager, a tall white male, was extremely rude and ignored me. I asked multiple times for his name and the names of the other employees involved, but they refused to provide them.
I asked for a receipt, and the general manager said he could not print one because they had no paper. When I asked how I could confirm that a refund was issued, he became aggressive and began aggressively tapping on the computer. He then showed me a receipt on the screen, which I took a photo of. He also showed me unrelated receipts totaling $16.15. My original payment of $21.76 was not refunded.
This experience was completely unacceptable. My order was never delivered, and I was treated rudely, dismissed, and denied basic information. I am requesting a full refund of $21.76 and a review of the staff’s conduct.

Most of the drivers are cool, I rarely have issues. It seems like they’ve stopped putting seasoning on the crust for my last several orders, so it’s just a bland strip of chewy bread now.

I would never have left a review for this place but the crust situation is dire, please fix 🙁

They need negative stars, this is the trashiest service I’ve ever received. Not only did it take two hours to get my pizza but it was a pizza made two hours prior! This is unsafe to serve! When I called after waiting 20 minutes past the time it was marked ready the kid who answered just said they didn’t have a lot of driver, i asked for a wait time range atleast and he said said I’d get it when I get it basically. I waited an hour and called to cancel no one answered and I got a message saying they were on their way. Every attempt I made to get ahold of them or report problem on app didn’t work. Once I received it it clearly was the pizza made 2 hours before and didn’t even have a sticker on it(most likely intentionally). I could have understood the wait if the pizza had been remade before sending it out. Mind you the store is only a mile up the road and when the tracker said the guy was leaving with my pizza he went probably 4 miles the other direction before coming to me Then when I call 3 more times and finally talk to the same kid I ask for the manager, he asks what for, I say about my pizza that just was delivered, he asks what I want, I ask is the manager not available? He then just leaves the phone. I added a call recalling the store and he answers telling me the manager is busy, I tell him well you could have just told me that, ya know
Common courtesy, professionalism he starts trying to talk over me saying hey lady and being even more rude and hangs up and now they are ignoring my calls. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received and that’s saying a lot. The health inspector also should probably be checking in because seems they don’t care what they send out so I can only imagine how they run the store, never will I spend money here again and I have a feeling it’s going to be a struggle just to get back what I spent

Fire Rhys. He ignored my delivery instructions. Knocked on my door, waited for me to come, didn’t say anything, handed me my receipt and stared at me with a blank face, finally handed me my pizza after a long stare down & then when I opened my pizza & brookie HE DROPPED MY ORDER??? Tryna get an extra tip out of me when you can’t even deliver a pizza safely let alone say hi is INSANE. DO BETTER.

So unprofessional. The tracker said it was delivered and never got it so I waited on the phone for 10 minutes, waiting for someone to pick up. No one ever did. Tried calling five different times and finally decided to just drive to Domino’s. When I got there, they told me that they had delivered it to the wrong address and that it was my fault that it was delivered to the wrong address because the address wasn’t put in correctly, when it was. Said there was nothing they could do about it… and if I wanted it remade, it would take an hour. The way this was handled was completely out of line.

They deserve negative stars! Cost only partly cooked pizza. Called to complain and before I was even heard out was told “we don’t give partial refunds”. I asked to talk with a supervisor, was hung up on. Called back and hung up on again. Called back and asked to speak to the store manager. Told by same surly guy that “he’s too busy to talk to you” and was hung up on again! Even gave a tip. Don’t get pizza from this store!!! Not worth it!

I would give zero stars if I could. My order was wrong, the driver returned with my order and tried to take back the half eaten wrong order to deliver to someone else, then the store refused to help. Read on for more details:

First off, when my order arrived, it was completely wrong and way less food than what I originally ordered. Since I was already hungry, I sucked it up and started eating some of it, especially since I hadn’t made dinner due to pizza being on the way. I thought I would just call the store a few minutes after eating to maybe get a credit or some other solution since I didn’t get my order.

Well, after eating a delivery driver rang my doorbell. This is where it gets bizarre and downright unsanitary. How you ask? The driver said to me that he mixed up my order with another customer who also lives in my complex (that explained why my order was wrong) and that he actually had my order in hand (nothing crazy there, but it gets worse). Next, he said he wanted me to return the other customer’s order… I thought that was weird, especially since I already brought it in. I explained I already opened everything and ate most of it. The driver was unfazed- “Well you didn’t eat ALL of it..I’m gonna need the food back.”

Now I’m having a WTF moment here because after saying that, the driver kept insisting I return half eaten food so he can deliver it to someone else.. I was speechless. I asked if he really thought his customer would want food that was half eaten and touched by someone else. He said “I’m just trying trying to do my job correctly so I can go home. What do you want me to do?” I was speechless again. I couldn’t make this up if I tried.

Confused and at a loss for words really, I just said maybe he should talk to his manager about what t9 do next. He finally let up and said okay and proceeded to leave with my order…. It took me a minute to realize because I was so dazed by how bizarre this interaction was. By the time I called for him and went after him to get my actual order, he had already taken off in his car.

I called the store and explained what happened. I asked if there was a way they could get me a credit, or a partial refund, or redeliver my order, but the guy on the line just gave me a one line, dismissive reply: “I can’t help with that.”

I am absolutely appalled, shocked, and confused- This Dominos gets a 0/10

This place is a hot mess. Placed an order for pickup. Order said it was ready in the app – store couldn’t find it. Employees seemed confused and the store was packed with people waiting. They said “come back in 20 minutes”. Waited, came back – order STILL wasn’t ready. It was a pizza and a side. They finally found our order and got it home. It was disgusting. Undercooked and completely inedible. Side order was somehow overdone and also inedible. Had to throw everything out and ordered from Papa John’s. Second terrible experience in a row, and customer service refuses to do anything. I won’t be back.
