The employee with no gloves looked like he had not washed his hands in hours, although, he walked back and forth to and from the kitchen touching pans, doors, and objects. Very UNSAFE and unsanitary.
Thursday 10/5/2026 I purchased the $10.00 topping special. What I didn’t like was the employee putting on toppings without gloves and using his hands? I don’t know when the last time he washed his hands, but that’s just not clean to me.
I arrived home and I began eating the pizza and I immediately start having stomach pains. I stopped eating the pizza because apparently that one one or two or more of the toppings are bad bad decision.
I called the store and was placed on hold for about 10 minutes. When a male employee answered, he did not give his name. I explained that I never received my order. He said he asked the driver, and the driver claimed the pizza had been delivered. I asked him to have the driver describe my driveway to confirm the delivery. He hung up on me.
I called again, and a female employee answered. I explained the situation again and made the same request for the driver to describe my driveway. She also hung up on me.
I then went to the store in person. One of the managers was outside. I asked who my driver was, and the driver came out. He was extremely rude and insisted that he had dropped the pizza off in front of my door. When I asked him to describe my house or driveway, he ignored me and said he did not have to. I asked the manager to have him describe it, but she refused and said the general manager was present.
The general manager, a tall white male, was extremely rude and ignored me. I asked multiple times for his name and the names of the other employees involved, but they refused to provide them.
I asked for a receipt, and the general manager said he could not print one because they had no paper. When I asked how I could confirm that a refund was issued, he became aggressive and began aggressively tapping on the computer. He then showed me a receipt on the screen, which I took a photo of. He also showed me unrelated receipts totaling $16.15. My original payment of $21.76 was not refunded.
This experience was completely unacceptable. My order was never delivered, and I was treated rudely, dismissed, and denied basic information. I am requesting a full refund of $21.76 and a review of the staff’s conduct.

Common courtesy, professionalism he starts trying to talk over me saying hey lady and being even more rude and hangs up and now they are ignoring my calls. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received and that’s saying a lot. The health inspector also should probably be checking in because seems they don’t care what they send out so I can only imagine how they run the store, never will I spend money here again and I have a feeling it’s going to be a struggle just to get back what I spent
First off, when my order arrived, it was completely wrong and way less food than what I originally ordered. Since I was already hungry, I sucked it up and started eating some of it, especially since I hadn’t made dinner due to pizza being on the way. I thought I would just call the store a few minutes after eating to maybe get a credit or some other solution since I didn’t get my order.
Well, after eating a delivery driver rang my doorbell. This is where it gets bizarre and downright unsanitary. How you ask? The driver said to me that he mixed up my order with another customer who also lives in my complex (that explained why my order was wrong) and that he actually had my order in hand (nothing crazy there, but it gets worse). Next, he said he wanted me to return the other customer’s order… I thought that was weird, especially since I already brought it in. I explained I already opened everything and ate most of it. The driver was unfazed- “Well you didn’t eat ALL of it..I’m gonna need the food back.”
Now I’m having a WTF moment here because after saying that, the driver kept insisting I return half eaten food so he can deliver it to someone else.. I was speechless. I asked if he really thought his customer would want food that was half eaten and touched by someone else. He said “I’m just trying trying to do my job correctly so I can go home. What do you want me to do?” I was speechless again. I couldn’t make this up if I tried.
Confused and at a loss for words really, I just said maybe he should talk to his manager about what t9 do next. He finally let up and said okay and proceeded to leave with my order…. It took me a minute to realize because I was so dazed by how bizarre this interaction was. By the time I called for him and went after him to get my actual order, he had already taken off in his car.
I called the store and explained what happened. I asked if there was a way they could get me a credit, or a partial refund, or redeliver my order, but the guy on the line just gave me a one line, dismissive reply: “I can’t help with that.”
I am absolutely appalled, shocked, and confused- This Dominos gets a 0/10
