Tried the chicken focaccia and ended up going to the bathroom 6 times in the span of 1 hr
I should have definitely asked them to remake it considering it was super burnt. I’m going to guess it was the chicken that got me going though

Had no idea this gem existed until today! Looking for somewhere to get a quick sandwich, specifically wanted a panini, and this did not disappoint! My husband got the Cuban which he really enjoyed. I had a build your own. Everything was really fresh and delicious! Great staff! Will definitely be back!

I ordered a regular sandwich at 11:15 scheduled for pickup at 12:00, showed up early (11:45) and the sandwich was already done, and it was soggy, assumingly from sitting. I ordered bacon (i got one piece), tomato (I got two butt ends of the tomato), and 2 slices of turkey. Payed 17 dollars for that… I never leave reviews but this experience was absolutely horrible. Save your money and support another business.

Sandwhich was small for the price, really skimpy with the meats. Worst part is there was no flavor. My panini wasn’t even toasted enough for the cheese to melt.

Nice local spot by the train station with hearty, fresh, flavor-packed sandwiches. Tried the Southwest Chicken Panini and the Chicken Breast Focaccia and both were yummy and filling!

Best stop for sandwiches, paninis, and wraps! The portions are huge and ingredients always taste fresh and flavorful.
Anytime I’m in town, I’m crossing my fingers that they are open and I can grab a quick sandwich. Service is super fast and friendly.
There are a handful of seats inside as well as outside. While it’s a smaller place, it’s not to be missed!

Dario’s is my all time favorite sandwich/panini restaurant!! It never fails me! I first learned about Dario’s, 4 years ago, from my patient who worked there and told me about it. I gave it a try and OMG!!! Their sandwiches are delicious, so flavorful, moist (with chipotle hummus/pesto aioli options). I love how the panini is so filling and full of different textures and flavors and well cooked. The big plus for me is that their sandwiches are moist and tasty versus the ones like in Panera – their bread is so dry and crumbly when toasted. Also the sandwiches are a good portion for such a reasonable price compared to other sandwich places! I have introduced this place to a lot of our friends to enjoy some delicious sandwiches and they are definitely pleased! Give this local place a try and let me know what you think about it!

I was in the area and checked out this spot in the old Palatine train station. They have perfected the art of sandwich making!
My wife had the club and I got the CHICKEN BREAST FOCACCIA. Both were fantastic!
Be aware it’s a small space so your conversation won’t be private!

Out of town visitor. I randomly picked this place for lunch and got the flatbread ricotta. Amazing! Went back the next day and got the Southwest Chicken Panini. Hands down one of the best sandwiches I’ve had. I strongly recommend this place to anyone.

First time visit but will return to try other menu items. Nice little shop with limited seating so I took my sandwich to go. Settled on the chicken breast focaccia and I’m glad I did. Nice fresh bread and good sized portion of chicken breast. Pesto aioli really put it over the top. Only complaint is now I’ll have to try not slipping into a happy coma after my meal.
