Ordered through Door Dash. Bag was sealed when it arrived. The classic chicken sandwich breast had a long, skinny piece of hard, silver plastic or metal imbedded in the chicken pattie and coming out the side of the sandwich by about 3 inches. I have photos that i submitted to Door Dash to get my money back. Was also missing a side item from my order but after the chicken breast issue, the missing item seemed minor.

Cashier was very friendly at the drive-through speaker was not working very clear was instructed to go around to the window made both orders at the drive-through window speaker when I got to the drive-through window. They only heard one order, but they took the second order and before I can pay for it, the manager came up and the cashier said she’s also getting that second order in the manager told me I had to drive back around so I refuse to spend my money with them so I did not get the second order and I think it was very rude of her to tell me about her time clock.

Worse customer service ever. Did not put half our food in the bag. Complained they had to fix their mistake. I was so embarressed for my friend visiting from out of town. Employees on cell phone the whole time. Smell of weed coming from kitchen.

Food is usually good. Not a good day for service. Ask for half/half tea, got all unsweetened. Husband asked for no mayo on his sandwich, it was loaded. Neither of us were very happy with that. But the chicken was consistent. Good.

I just order 3 $7 fill ups. Food was messed up. And the people working there taking orders have nothing but an attitude to give you when your telling them your missing items. I came here two times and both times were awful. I would not recommend going here but to other kfc around the area sure. But the people here on skidaway suck bad. They need to reevaluate their employees.
