We stopped at Turtle Tap Bar and Grill halfway through a long road trip, hoping to grab a bite, have a couple drinks, and pick up some cigarettes. Both the hanging sign and the huge painted wall outside clearly advertise beer, booze, ice, and cigarettes—but surprise, they don’t sell cigarettes. Kind of misleading for travelers passing through the area.
It wouldn’t take much effort to update or cover that part of each sign, so leaving it up feels careless—it’s a small thing, but it makes a difference.
When we inquired inside, the bartender laughed and said they haven’t sold cigarettes “in a long time,” which came off a little dismissive. We ended up going elsewhere for our cigarettes, and our food and drinks. Disappointing stop overall.

Nice patrons. Female bartender seemed more interested in the single guys at the bar than couples eating and waiting to order or be seen.

Love this place! Bartenders are amazing, friendly and make everyone feel welcome! They hosted a tournament for youth softball recently and my family had so much fun! Wether it’s food, drink or sports you’re after, this is a definite spot to hit for a great experience!

Stopped by for a youth softball practice for my granddaughter. Food was great offered for outdoor or indoor seevice… nice touch..Great Bar Food. I’ve coached many teams in the past so i can tell good from bad.. During the 2hr practice i watched the 3 coaches for 10 girls age 13… these guys were determined, methodical and compassionate.. Guys who obviously connect with their players… watching catching drills with Brad was refreshing to say the least. This practice was for a travel team not youth city sport team… these guys were prepping their players to play not participate.. Excited for these girls they are blessed.

Hosted a softball tournament at the bar and grill’s field this past weekend.
Staff was great all around helping the girls whenever needed. Grounds crew and owner went above and beyond expectations to accommodate the 700+ people at the ball field.
10/10 would recommend and will return.

We have started to come here a couple of times a week for youth softball practices and tournaments. Bar staff and tournaments are always friendly, fast and fun. Food is delicious no matter what item is ordered and the inside bathrooms always clean!!!
