I used to come here every week in 2022/2023 and it was amazing although I came back after a year of not coming and unfortunately it did not taste the same as before. Idk what it is but it’s not as great as how it was in the past. The boba was ok. Will be coming back again to try other menu items.

I had a very disappointing experience at Panda Phở & Boba House. I ordered egg rolls and the first batch came out clearly burnt. I politely asked for a new order, but what they brought me next was no better, still burnt and tasting like they were fried in old oil. When I expressed concern, I was told, “These are how the egg rolls are supposed to be.” That response alone showed a complete lack of care or accountability.
I didn’t even eat them. Between the rude attitude, the dismissive service, and the food quality, I won’t be coming back. The place didn’t feel clean, and honestly, it felt like I wasn’t even welcome there. They seriously need to reevaluate how they treat customers and handle food.

Convenient location! The restaurant’s decor appeared cute and fairly clean. I always appreciate when the sriracha and hoisin bottles are clean- not crusty or covered in fingerprints. Service was prompt and attentive.
I was a bit disappointed with my phở tái since the noodles were mushy and clumped together. Also, the beef slices were too tough and the broth was overly oily for my taste. If the noodles had been cooked properly and the broth skimmed of excess fat, it would have been much better.

We’ve been here a few times in the last few months. The food is always hot, fresh, and very tasty. The service is prompt and friendly. There are two outdoor picnic tables by the entrance where we sometimes sit with our big dog and eat. This is a small restaurant and always busy but we’ve never waited more than a few minutes for a table. We will be back when in town.

First timer & the Pho w/shrimp was delish! The shrimp gave the broth such great flavor! And the toppings for the pho were plenty. Tried the shrimp spring rolls aswell which i substituted the peanut sauce w/a sweet sauce & also really good. The hospitality was great!.definitely will be coming back!

This is a local Rowlett restaurant that is owed by a very nice Vietnamese family. We had a shrimp spring roll that was very good appetizer . Their broth for the Pho is very good also. They have nice decor and we went during Halloween Season so they also had some cute Fall items up too.
