We ordered delivery and really didn’t know what to expect. The food is phenomenal! The gumbo was great, even with a lighter base. The sausage fried rice and catfish po boy was just as good. My husband said it is the best he has in Texas. I can’t wait to try it again.

Great service and short wait time. The food was too spicy & I didn’t quite like the flavor of the Turkey neck/sauce. The rice, egg, potato & corn didn’t have any flavor except for the spicy sauce from the Turkey neck.
I appreciated the melted butter for the corn.

We happened upon this food trailer when passing through. Probably the best catfish poboy I’ve ever had. Light and flaky, light batter that wasn’t greasy, and delicious bread. The fries were well seasoned and perfectly crisp and the spicy tartar added a great kick. The proprietor was super friendly. I wish we lived closer to have this more often!

My food was delicious! I ordered the gumbo as well as the 2pc fish/5 shrimp. My order was piping hot when I picked it up and my gumbo was very flavorful and full of sausage chicken and shrimp.
