Rita’s is the best Italian ice! I love their Swedish Fish flavor. For a large, it was just over $4 which is a really good price. The people working were amazing. I got my item within seconds of ordering it, and there was a small line when I went so it was very impressive that they cranked out the items so quickly. They have all sorts of items on their menu that are refreshing and delicious. Highly recommend trying if you have not already!

I’m a local in Erma , and Rita’s never disappoints! Leonor waits on me , and my grandchildren the majority of the time! She is so welcoming with that beautiful smile she has great energy!

LOVE Rita’s in Rio Grande! My husband loved the cheesecake soft serve, said it was the best he’s had yet. My favorite is the vanilla or mango water ice. Megan was so nice and helpful, great customer service. I will certainly be returning!

Seems owner has history of talking down to anyone who has a problem with people or services at Rio grande location Bought a sundae, no whipped cream or cherry , said we had to ask for it. Who ever heard of that nonsense?? Got a Reese’s concrete, was soup. Said oh the hot chocolate sauce melts the ice cream . What a waste of money. And rude staff. Will never spend my money there again. I’ll wait for the real ice cream shops to open for the summer. Owner responded, Yes I do give reviews to the business that aren’t any good

Employees are always super friendly. I brought my dog this past weekend and Megan offered a pup cup! She was super excited to also get a little ice cream!
