I came in during the dinner rush and fully expected a wait. That wasn’t the issue. The crew was clearly hustling, moving nonstop, handling orders, keeping things afloat under pressure. I respect that. What I don’t respect is watching who I can only assume was the manager purple hair, parked in front of the computer scrolling on her phone while barking orders at everyone else. Leadership isn’t issuing commands from a chair. Leadership is stepping in when your team is drowning. Multiple employees asked her for help and were met with attitude instead of action. At one point, a young employee who had been running the oven the entire time I was there politely asked her to take over so he could finally go home. Instead of relieving him, she disappeared into the bathroom for over 30 minutes while he continued grinding it out. That’s not management. That’s abdication of responsibility. It’s genuinely disheartening to see hardworking employees carrying the weight of someone who holds the title but not the work ethic. Positions of authority should be earned and demonstrated through example especially during a rush. Unfortunately, what I witnessed was the opposite.

this is your average dominos not bad not great but in the sweet spot where your pizza craving will be happily satisfied i can see MANY reviews of just 1 star over stupid reasons?? For example napkins??
are you to fat and lazy to walk over to taco time? it is a bit odd they don’t have napkins but not enough of a reason to leave a 1 star review because you can’t eat clean… moving on to the wait time oh boy this one is fun. depending what day and time it is your order can be ready in 15 minutes or 2 hours, you can expect to wait 15-45 during lunch on the average day but if there’s a football game or it’s the weekend during dinner time it can take between 45-120 minutes BUT this is very easily avoidable if #1 you make a timed order or #2 CALL THE STORE and ask for an ETA it is not that hard and will save you a massive headache and frustration during halftime when you were told 30 minutes but now your just starting to wait another 60… but that’s my review hope this helps you out and helps the employees get us our food more efficiently!

We ordered a pizza, lava cake, 2 carbonaras and sauce. The pizza was smashed and smeared on the top of the box. We scraped the topping off the box to eat some of the pizza. We also didn’t get the sauces we ordered or the icing for the cakes. So we called and gave them all of our info and they said they couldn’t look us up even though we order from there pretty often. The guy who answered the phone was super rude and didn’t care to help us with anything. Mono tone and wasn’t asking questions or offering ideas on how to help. We hung up and looked for our order number and called back. A polite girl answered thankfully! She said they would make us a new pizza and also bring us our sauces and frosting. As you can see, they cut our pizza into little pieces and it took about an hour and a half to bring us the stuff they didn’t bring the first time.. funny kids.

Busy day. Understood. But didn’t notice any serious risk management here. Didn’t feel any urgency in action from crews. Huge issue on est.time of the app. It’s the corp issue. That issue alone could makes a whole business very risky. I would not be excited to go back.

Usually the pizza that I get here always turns out great and tastes amazing so I was surprised when I picked my pizza up on October 16th 2024 and got home with it I was very disappointed to see the gigantic bubbles that had formed over basically half of the pizza surface….. I’m not sure if this was due to the fact that I was using one of my free emergency pizza offers on the website and that had something to do with it since I technically wasn’t paying for the pizza, but I’ve gotten emergency pizzas from this location before and they all turned out perfectly fine so definitely wasn’t happy with the quality of my pizza. The large portion of the pizza that had the bubbles on it basically had no toppings and was completely hollow inside. So basically half of my pizza was just crispy hollow dough…

Previously, we had been pleasantly surprised by how good the hand-toss crust was (nice garlic taste), so we ordered 3 awhile ago.It was a very busy day and a much longer wait than usual, to pick up our order. All three of the pizzas were blah and not what we had previously. Now, we’re hesitant to try again. We literally had a bad taste in our mouth.
Tried AGAIN and after a longer wait than normal, they gave me the wrong pizza. After getting correct pizza it was fine.
The next time one pizza was again the wrong pizza. It seems that the $9.99 special with all the toppings you want are really whatever toppings they want to give you.
