I got a medium iced matcha from this location and It’s so annoying getting any drinks and it being half way filled ….. the whole top half is all foam from the drink. I’m not paying $6 for a portion of the drink , I want my drink filled to the top if i’m paying for it . Would not recommend!

Not everyone is a regular at these locations. There was no one else there. We were looking at all the deals and speciality items on the menu. Every question we asked seemed to be an aggravation. Needs a good cleaning.

Probably the worst fast food location I e been to. Unless all you want is a quick coffee head elsewhere. I’m over the stale donuts form the previous day, missing food items and the final straw today, missing half the bread for my breakfast sandwich. Yep I got only one piece of sourdough.

If you walk into this place before 11 AM, you will be ignored. Drive-through is the only way to get service here there’s even a sign saying use the kiosk. The workers will look at you several times and until you say excuse me, can I please get some help then they’ll tell you one minute and then your order will still take 10 minutes. Use the drive-through.

The odds of them getting your order correct are about 70%, and the quality is very inconsistent. Now they don’t even want to interact with customers unless they’re paying cash.
I placed an order and paid through the kiosk. Shortly after, an employee told me they don’t have decaf. I stated I wanted a refund and thought it is ridiculous that they don’t want to interact with customers and this would have been avoided if they would help customers. She only refunded half my order, and I had to ask for a refund of my whole order.
Starbucks is more costly, but they interact with their customers. Dunkin will no longer get my money. I doubt they care about losing 1 customer, but that was about 3 times a week, and if they do this to others…

I know dunkin isn’t the best with there sandwiches, I’ve had slightly burnd, cold, messed up orders, and missing items but not once have I ever had a cold AND wet sandwich that throw me for a loop, I sure as hell am never coming back to this one again, I will definitely be taking a 20-30min detour to go to a different one

Back in town hit this Dunkin Donuts What was I thinking?! When I lived here orders always messed up missing items wrong ingredients totally forgot. WELL NOTHING HAS CHANGED! No coffee Hello it’s a “Coffee Shop” Then when I finally get my cup after 11 mins in line IT WAS WRONG ordered Large Black! Get Large with Cream and sugar! Tag on cup clearly states Black even says XL! Clearly not what I ordered! Nothing ever changes How do they constantly mess up and stay in business??

I am picky with my coffee places. The worst are those that are on the left-side of the road when heading towards downtown Chicago without a traffic light in front, making pulling out impossible. This DD is on the correct side of the road (just turn right when heading to work), fresh donuts and bagels and coffee that is cheaper than Starbucks, which i find to be over priced.

I’m done going here. Every time I get food it’s cold, like it wasn’t heat up all the way the middle is always so cold in their wraps. I’ve called before and mentioned it and tried getting it a couple times after and it’s still just thawed in the middle and cold. Not worth the money anymore
