I visited the Domino’s at Seffner last week and had a mixed experience. The ordering process was smooth, and the staff member working the counter was polite and efficient — even though he seemed to be handling everything solo. Major props for keeping things moving under pressure!
The pizza itself? Pretty solid. I went with the Ultimate Pepperoni on hand-tossed crust, and it was flavorful with a nice garlic-herb finish. Not gourmet, but definitely satisfying for a quick dinner. The crust was soft and chewy, and the toppings were generous.
That said, the wait time was longer than expected — about 25 minutes for a carryout order. And while the pizza tasted good, it wasn’t piping hot by the time I got home (just a 5-minute drive). Also, the store could use a little sprucing up — the lobby felt a bit cramped and dim.
Overall, I’d say Domino’s delivered a decent experience. Not perfect, but worth it if you’re craving something fast and familiar. Just don’t expect five-star ambiance or lightning speed.

I asked about a special I saw online, felt rushed customer that come back in to asked a question, had her attention. I stepped aside, I really just wanted to walk out. She kept suggesting that I go online for specials to look, so no in store. specials. Its raining I had to ask for a bag to take carry out my pizza probably would have been better if the service was better.

The restaurant is clean &staff are awesome, very polite. The food seemed a little under done, I ordered a medium pizza and wings. Maybe a malfunctioning over the pizza was cooked around the edges and in the center not as much, the wings were semi-cooked. Overall a decent experience.

I have ordered here multiple times and every single time I’ve been here it’s been a bad experience. The staff doesn’t say anything when you walk in so you’re just left standing at the counter looking stupid. Every time they give me my food they never give me any of the additional items I ordered: Sauces, drinks, etc. and I have to stand there waiting even longer for someone to ask me what I need. The environment feels hostile and I have seen new hires struggling with no direction from leadership. During one of my visits an employee messed up and taking a card over the phone and another employee (maybe leadership) was just yelling at him in front of me. I have a team of employees myself and I buy pizza for quite often so I have experienced this stores bad customer service a few times. I prefer Domino’s but unless something changes I’m just going to start going to Papa John’s instead. Please fix this location and place some accountability on the staff. Good customer service is not a hard request. Being kind and courteous is free. If you don’t make the community feel valued, then the community won’t want to come back. There are many other pizza places with many other deals. The food is always excellent though.

This was the worse pizza I got from them last time the pizza was super dry since they put enough sauce on it but this was horrible. There was so much raised dough half the pizza was inedible. The parts that was supposed to be to be edible the dough was mushy I’m assuming it’s because they took it out early due to all the raised dough. I also ordered hand toss crust but I got thin crust instead, the only reason I didn’t call the store immediately was because I didn’t want the same person to make it over. I don’t know if they have new people but this was a complete waste of money. money. I called they told me to call in the morning then I call in the morning and got hung up on 4 times after being told to hold… then I call back and tell them they keep hanging up on me instead of lacing me on hold and this is my 4th time calling the manager who refused to give his name again said I need to call back at 5-6pm because they’re busy and hung up on me again. I got no help at all. I’m about to report them to the BBB next.

They have good pizza, they used to be great, but then I ordered pizza tonight and the 17 minute pickup turned into them restarting my order because they couldn’t find it… 45 minutes after it was supposed to be done I got it, they made sure to mark it complete on the app though saying it was on time…at least throw in a small cinna bites for my kids for the wait.

We ordered the pizzas at 8:44 with an estimated hour for delivery. At 9:17 it was showing it was done and in Quality control. At 10:15 the kids went to bed. At 10:30 we called to find out what was going on. After waiting on hold for 11 minutes they said they were waiting for a driver but could cancel our order. After we said they could cancel they said the driver arrived. We decided to let them deliver it. The pizza finally arrived at 11pm and yep you guessed it…it was cold. Next time we may as well grab a frozen pizza from the store. What a waste of money and frustration. It’s Friday, they should have been more prepared or canceled delivery as an option.

Was told thin and crispy pizza is supposed to look a little burnt … this is my first time ever having a thin and crispy pizza that’s been burnt, the staff was just being lazy and reheated an old pizza and left it in the oven a bit to long and tried to get away with it.
