I knew this restaurant was close and it was on my list of “to do” while in Pozos. It did not disappoint. Fantástico! The waiters were very kind and patient with my poor Spanish.
They were out of the Malbec so I chose the Pinot Noir. The Ravioli Caprese was a veg choice; perfect.
Before the meal, the chef sent a special morsel, I had to decline, as it was composed with Lamb. So the chef sent a bit of caprese nibble. Very nice.
The waiters are professional. Your comfort and enjoyment is their goal. Over all an excellent meal. It did not look like a large meal, nonetheless, I was satisfied and my mouth enjoyed the freshest of flavors. Yes. I’d visit again.

If I could give Gusto RistoArte ten stars I would. It was wonderful. It’s the perfect place to bring your wife or date for a truly unique dining experience. The ambiance is both romantic and inviting with flowers adorning many of the walls and a warm, cozy vibe.
The staff welcomes you and treats you like family. Smiles and cordials abound in the upbeat, friendly atmosphere.
The food is amazing. The chef personally greeted us and on his recommendation I chose pan seared sea bass and my date had grilled octopus. They were scrumptious! We also shared a beef and octopus carpaccetto appetizer that was phenomenal. Fresh ingredients and attention to detail are the secrets of success. Just look at the pics and I will say no more.
Not wanting anything heavy for desert we chose fresh strawberries with ice cream and whipped cream. The perfect ending to a perfect meal.

The best meal we’ve had in Costa Rica so far! Amazing food. Amazing service. And Friday nights, they have live music!
For an appetizer, you can’t go wrong with the burrata or the bruschetta. Both were amazing.
Main course included lasagna, salmon and the risotto special. Would order all again!

One of my favorite meals in Costa Rica. Burrata and tuna tartar appetizers were awesome. Lobster pasta was fantastic. They created a dessert board for us that was outstanding. Just an all out fantastic meal and experience. Staff is great.

Amazing experience!! The restaurant is nicely and uniquely decorated. I’m told some of the furnishings are imported from Italy. Orlando provided optimal service and the food was fresh and delicious.

Superb food and very attentive service. This has probably been the best dining we have had in our Costa Rica trip. I wish we had discovered this earlier and I would have come back to try more items on the menu.
A special mention to Carlos who served our group – despite the language barrier, he was very attentive and made us feel that he was constantly available for us.

Awesome food great place to eat enjoy music and eat. You can’t go wrong here. Service is the only thing that needs improvement. When serving at our table he was great, then he got busy and forgot to attend the table. The problem is with that, this is an above average restaurant and prices reflect that. So if you charge a high price you should tend to the tables correctly. Anyway enjoy

The service is great, foods are very decent, and the atmosphere is absolutely one of a kind!
The seafood pasta is a must try (be aware the portion is huge)!!

Food is good, too overpriced for what is offered in my opinion though, can find same taste in other areas for half the price. Music extremely loud, hard to talk.Great service.
