If you want your cookie burnt because maybe you didn’t tip here’s your spot. The inside counter guy shouldn’t have to prompt the window girl on every little thing. Get with it read YOUR order(s) and look– your turn, yes, add whatever is needed. Doesn’t need anything else great. It isn’t that hard. You have eyes to see.

Kinda disappointed. I paid for 50% more meat and this is what I got . I eat here all the time and this never happened before… I only get 30 minute lunch so I couldn’t go back but this sucks ….

I ordered through my subway app. This was my first time at this location. I usually am not one to write reviews about restaurants but my experience here was a 1 out of 5. When I entered the store I was not greeted. I stood in the lobby for a minute or two while my order was sitting behind the counter. When I took my sandwich back to work to eat the bread was so hard and chewy. It tasted old.

I’m writing this review specifically for the incredible woman working today (10/4/25 at 12:23pm) at this location. She was singlehandedly running the front counter and drive-thru with a line nearly out the door. Despite being the only employee on shift, she kept a positive attitude and worked with impressive speed and efficiency in what had to be an overwhelming situation. She truly went above and beyond, and absolutely deserves recognition—a raise, a promotion, something!

Went to this Subway for dinner because it was on the way home, and while the employees were polite and nice, they messed up my order. I did not notice, because after it being confirmed twice, they forgot to include part of the order. When I got home I noticed and had to go back up there to get the missing part of the order. When I called and told them I was on my way back up because they screwed up, the person I spoke with was very nonchalant about it. When I opened one of the sandwiches I purchased, I found that it was burnt and very hard to eat. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this Subway again.
