The lady who works the front is a true customer service gem! If you enter the store questioning your decision to purchase an overpriced sandwich, this lady will convince you that she’s delighted you came in AND that you will be much better off letting her and her staff provide you with an excellent meal and experience than you would have been had you attempted to have a sandwich at home. And imagine my delight when I found 3 different items that are filling, tasty, and fit within my meager calorie budget. I was tempted to return again the next day for lunch because I had such a great visit.

Workers need additional training how to cut a sandwich, run a drive thru and communicate with guests. Really enjoy the thumbprint in my food.

This was my first time eating here. I got gluten free bread and my friend ordered sourdough. Her sandwhich was bigger. I paid for a medium, but there is barely anything on there. Since there is no meat, I think they could spare more than 1 tomato slice, and way more lettuce. I got three cucumber slices. The food tastes good though.

It was great! I had pizza my brother had a turkey original no olives. The cashier was very sweet and patient with me (I didnt know what I wanted) the food was fresh and brought pit promptly. We used a coupon so we got an entree free! 10 out of 10 will be going back!

Clean and about as fast as a schlotskys restaurant can be. They have a nice area for drive through and eating in.

Management issues !!
Ordered a Fresh Veggie. It arrived with barely any lettuce ( picture attached ). When I asked for more, the lady at the counter, Bailey, argued with me that it had ALL the lettuce it was supposed to have.
I will never come back to this Schlotzsky’s!!
Overcharged for drinks abs chips too. Was charged $5 for a small drink and chips when the people with us were charged $3 for a LARGE drink and chips.
Manager is randomly ripping people off.
