Must say I haven’t been here in years . I stopped by quickly after my dental appointment and ordered the crunch bowl. The guy in the front has top tier customer service ! I loved his tone , his accommodating way of being and character. It was a short interaction but they did a good job hiring him. He may be the owner for all I know LOL

Went here for pizza, chicken tenders and fries. Got the pizza half pepperoni half veggies it was amazing! The chicken was also delicious. Service was very nice and easy. They are located in a plaza and have free parking lot.

“Ladder 9” steak tip wrap was poorly prepared. It was drenched in sauce and legit falling apart before you can even take a bite. Think of a wet brown paper bag with your groceries in it. Terrible, terrible preparation. Never again!!!!

On 10/14/22, I ordered a large chicken alfredo pizza. When my sister took a bite of the first slice pulled from the box, she bit into a chicken bone. She pulled a whole chicken bone from underneath the cheese on her slice of pizza. The chicken bone had skin and sauce on it, and looked to be half eaten – as if someone was eating wings while preparing the food.
When I called to complain, not only did the woman on the phone have an attitude, she asked for me to send her pictures because “there was no way a chicken bone was in the pizza.” After sending pictures, I was asked to bring the pizza and chicken bone back to the restaurant for “proof.” I was then informed that the store owner had to be contacted to see if I could be issued a refund for my purchase. If not, I would be compensated another pizza and soda.
When I arrived to the Boston House of Pizza to show the pizza and chicken bone, the woman’s response was “We don’t even sell that bone.” If that’s the case, that makes the situation worse. A chicken bone is a chicken bone and does not belong under the cheese on my pizza. There was no accountability or apology on behalf of the business. Absolutely disgusting!

Absolutely disgusted. I don’t order here often but remebered they made decent calzones. I ordered a sm chicken parm calzone. Myself and son get about 1/2 way thru eating it went I see a piece of hair that has been baked thru out the dough of the calzone. Instantly I call them, they don’t answer. I continuously call no answer so I head there with the remainder of the calzone all the while still calling them. Almost there they answer to say they’re closing I let them know I’m calling about a order I received that had hair baked into the calzone. I’m offered a future credit. No thanks. I’d like my money back. I’m then told they are unable to because they’ve shut down. I should call or come in the next day. I tell her I’m on my way and will take cash. She then says she is able to void my order so the charge will come off my card and sends me confirmation of that. She apologizes and says she doesn’t know how that happened and hopes I will give them another chance. Unfortunately there is nothing that will ever make me eat there again. I’m completely and utterly disgusted.

So I ordered fish and chips and an onion pizza. Got there I got a cheese pizza the nice lady made me an onion pizza and let me keep the cheese pizza. Well my daughter won’t eat the cheese pizza too much cheese. The onion pizza even worse soooooo much cheese more cheese then dough. The dough was mush because of so much cheese. besides the mushy French fries. I wish I read the reviews BEFORE I went there. Waste of money and so expensive

I liked this restaurant but they have fell off and I am so disappointed. We ordered lunch fory company, I was hyping them up. And then… The order was delivered a half late so if course the food was cold and a order was wrong. They put tomatoes on a sandwich and the person is allergic to tomatoes. Horrible service. I can’t believe this place is still open. I used to live right down the street in Cummins towers so I ate here very often. I now live in the SF bay area but my heart is never far from boston, especially the memories of Boston House of pizza. Best pizza and subs around, hands down. I pray I can visit soon and have a taste of nostalgia. Thanks for still being around.
