I had a fantastic experience with Jets and would recommend them to anyone. They had a glitch in their system which caused my money to be held. After explaining the issue the manager went out of their way to resolve it by comping the meal. They had no reason to do that and could have easily just said sorry for the inconvenience and moved along with their day. The pizza is also consistently good. Jets has a life long customer!

Guy at the counter went the extra mile and was much appreciated. Also if you’re not aware jets has the best ranch! Do yourself a favor and get a bottle!

Whoever was working tonight didn’t even prep the order very incompetent so he didnt start the order and it was supposed to be picked up 10 minutes prior so that’s unacceptable and ridiculous. Hire better people. Don’t have people close that don’t know what they’re doing so pathetic. What a waste of time do better.
