Small family-owned business. We serve a large base of regular customers. We have certain policies in place due to a number of scammers out there. Most people that wrote the reviews are apart of the scamming population. Most people want credits for mistakes that are ordered on their part like the latest reviews. If something is ever wrong, bring the food back so that we can see the problem. We have offered many customers that option to re-make food so long as they bring the “mistakes” back but they decline and eat the food and still want credits. Unfortunately, no business would survive if they frequently gave free food.

I ordered wings, the Philly cheesesteak pizza and a couple more pizzas last night (Saturday night) for my family. The food was EXTREMELY DELICIOUS. Every single person in my family was satisfied. It was so fresh and it’s almost like they put love into it. (They probably did). I am thankful to be able to share this with people because this place is amazing. Please try them out if you haven’t already!!! 10000/10

We arrived later in the day and they were carrying out only at that point. We had no idea but they were gracious and sat us for dine in. That kind of hospitality is appreciated. The pizzas were great. The crust was crispy like a great STL style should be. We got a pepperoni and hamburger, meat lovers, and wings. We were eating the wings before the pizzas arrived so the picture only reflects the 3 that were left. The wings were also great. Crispy with a very mild flavorful wing sauce. Overall a great experience from a local place. We will definitely be back!

I order from Jessie’s quite often but tonight will be the last night I am in disbelief how the management was tonight. She made a comment that somebody had this address previously had ordered same meal but didn’t have the money for the meal when it got here!!! So I take it the delivery driver went back there was no money but no food so the manager could have been quite upset but that doesn’t fall on the customer that falls on your delivery driver giving somebody the food for something that they haven’t paid for!!! I have always paid for my meals and tip the drivers decently why would any driver just give the food away and not get the money so in turn the manager doesn’t think about any of this and wants to tell her to get the delivery driver the cook Miss combobulated and then the order finally makes it to me and now I don’t want to eat it I don’t trust that they didn’t do something to this meal since they made such a big ordeal out of something that was obviously a misunderstanding so now I’ve been on hold for about 10 minutes no one’s going to answer so I’m going to bring it there tomorrow morning and I’m going to pay my money back and this will be the last time I ever ate Jesse’s Pizza

Had them twice. First time one of my pizzas was burned bad and the wings were small and not very good. Sauce was good. Second time we got burgers and fries. Burgers were big and tasty but the fries were over cooked and tasted terrible. Also put in the order at 625 for pickup at 7. Had to wait till 715 before they brought my order out of the kitchen. Ill be going back to cecil Whittakers instead from now on.

Just ordered 76$ worth of food for my family and was told a 20-25 minute wait for our food which was fine, ended up being 35 mins then we had a 20 min drive home which wasn’t a big deal but when we got home I opened my 5 year old sons pasta there was a big long brown piece of hair in his food… thought it was a little piece until I kept pulling. Called them they said they cannot issue a refund due to all the scammed and that I have to bring it back up to show the hair ” since all their cooks were wearing hats… but if people with long hair isn’t wearing hair nets the hat doesn’t stop the hair from falling or getting in food. Just wanted a refund but they refused until the could prove the hair was in the pasta which I have photos and video. && also me and my family is platinum blonde or blonde which she said she saw and agreed but more less said it’s not possible for the hair in his food due to all the cooks wearing “hats” and she said to many scamming to believe me and that if there was a “hair” I’d have no problem bringing it back up. But the only issue i have with bringing it right back up for my kid to eat is he should be in bed and even if I did go get his food remade he wouldn’t be awake to eat. Just honestly upsetting. Love their food but horrible customer service. && my fiance said he could see in the kitchen through the window when our order was being made and he didnt see all employees wearing hats… there was also a little child that was back there in the kitchen and also another driver walking from the kitchen and back in without a hat and shaggy hair. Alls I wanted was a refund on the pasta nothing else… Won’t let me upload the video of me pulling out the hair but here are the pictures.

Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. I love the wings. The garlic cheese bread is to die for! If you haven’t been you should go and the girl that created me at the door she was very sweet and very professional and that means a lot going out to dine-in anymore.
Update*** we ordered pizza tonight for pickup meat lovers 16″, garlic cheese bread, hot wings with hot wing sauce and blue cheese. The crust is perfection. It has a perfect crispiness, the perfect thickness, the flavors are phenomenal and the bacon .

Waited 2 hours to receive our food. Called up to restaurant after about an hour and half and was told the driver would be pulling up. Waited another 30 minutes for driver to stop at my house the driver off and come back. When receiving food driver gave me the wrong food took it back and brought me the correct order. Got food out and the pizza was ice cold and mozzarella sticks were soggy. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Called back to the restaurant and was told by the manager on duty that the could come pick the food back up and give a credit or remake the food. Obviously my three year old was ready to eat so I just reheated it up for him but literally the worst almost $60 spent. I will much rather drive to dominos get hot food and spend half the price. I normally am not a complainer that’s why I have let it slide so many times and gave so many chances but enough is enough and they need to get their stuff together to be able to provide better service and deliver hot food without the two hour wait.

10/10 recommend, If you love Imo’s pizza then you’ll love it here! Their pizza reminds me of imo’s pizza but a lot cheaper. We got a large pizza with 2lbs of wings. You could tell they had fresh peppers it was a whole pepper cut instead of chopped frozen peppers. The bacon was delicious I’m usually picky about my bacon. The server was really sweet and was there for any questions.
