Interesting little place downtown Mt. Home. Very much a mom-n-pop business (literally). If you’re coming off the Interstate and in a hurry, not a place for you. It’s rather a sit down and relax place if that’s your desire. We had a delightful time and enjoyed the homemade food served on old school plates like my grandma has. Everything was very fresh! Seating inside is tight and cozy, so sitting outside was our choice. Come check it out.

What an amazing lil hole in the wall! Was not expecting the caliber of food when we walked in and left wishing we had come here way sooner. I had 2 specials: the meatball sub and the 4 cheese Mac. The Mac was insanely good, I would’ve eaten literally just that.
Husband got the Rueben and the special chicken Alfredo soup which he said both were amazing. The Rueben he said was the best he’d ever had cause they actually warmed up the sauerkraut. Next time we are trying breakfast and a pastry!

The owner is such a nice adorable man. If I lived closer I would be back often. He made us feel like family and the restaurant is full of super neat vintage cool rad stuff. One of the coolest places I have ever been.

Wonderful cute little place. People really nice. We are visiting so we got food to go to take the family. The food was okay. I really enjoyed my french toast . A couple of the biscuits was not done all the way. The gravy was okay. I think all this would have been better if we ate it there but we had a new grandson we was getting food to the parents.

This place will bless you. It’s such a wonderful little home to eat in, yes it’s like being in someone’s personal home who is cooking for you. The food and atmosphere is wonderful. The service can’t be beat. Dare I even speak of the incredibly refreshing sweet tea. This is our new go to in mountain home. We will happily drive here from Boise when we want a home cooked meal and wonderful service and conversation. Thank you so much for having us in the past two days.

Really enjoy stopping in for a bite at this local restaurant. They make delicious home made soups and baked goods. They offer all sorts of various products on their menu so everytime we go there’s something a little different and the owners are very friendly and interesting people who have all sorts of cool treasures that are on display around the place, some of which are for sale so it’s almost like a mini museum. Very ecclectic atmosphere, which I find to be really unique and fascinating!

This place is a hidden gem! Definitely worth a stop for breakfast or lunch! Their desserts (not pictured) are also amazing. Everything my husband and I ordered was hot and fresh and left us with happy full bellies!
