The restaurant was clean and the staff was very accommodating. I ordered the 8 color salad, which was very good with a variety of vegetables. I’m not a big fan of vinaigrette dressing, but theirs was delicious, without that vinegary bite that so many have. Our guest very much enjoyed her turkey avocado panini sandwich. The pizza was disappointing. The cheese mix tasted good but the crust was totally limp. When you picked up a slice by the edge the rest hung down like a dog’s tongue. Also the toppings were sparse. We’d go there again but not for the pizza. Also, they have beer on tap.

I ordered a Detroit-style pizza from SPIN! Pizza Topeka. It arrived overcooked, which I was willing to overlook since this style is new for them — but I later found an actual string baked into the crust after eating most of the pizza.
This is not just gross — it’s a serious health and safety concern.
I’ve posted both a photo and video showing the slice literally spinning on the string for transparency. There is no excuse for a foreign object to end up in a customer’s food, and this needs to be addressed.
I’ve contacted corporate and am awaiting a response, but until this is resolved, I cannot recommend ordering from this location

The food here at Spin! Pizza is pretty good, it’s one of the few restaurants I dine in at. I like the pesto chicken pizza and I especially like the salad and pizza combo. The staff are attentive. My two complaints are the music and the gelato. The atmosphere would be greatly improved if the music was something relaxing, like Italian instrumental music or some Dean Martin/Frank Sinatra. The “music” that’s usually playing is head-banging, obnoxious noise. I’ve had gelato several timed, and each time it’s grainy and crunchy like there’s ice in it. It’s not smooth and creamy like the gelato you’d get in Italy. I’d come back again for dinner.

Yes, yes, and yes! Went on a Monday afternoon was pretty busy greeted with smiles and welcomes. The cashier was knowledgeable of the menu and helpful his kindness and patience was noticed. You order prior to finding a seat. Pizza took about 10 minutes to come out so our wait wasn’t even a wait. The pizza was so good. It was my meatless monday so i couldnt eat meat but they were able to accommodate me with veagn cheese and it was absolutely delicious. There are staff that walk around ensuring all is well and to sure you don’t need anything. They also have someone going around keeping the place clean. Restrooms were clean and tidy. Definitely family oriented, and handicap accessible. Our group absolutely loved it. Can’t wait to go again.

I’ve been to the Overland Park location before and it was delicious. This was my first time visiting the Topeka location…don’t get the BBQ chicken pizza. For whatever reason the sauce was super sour & tart. They gave us like one sliver of chicken and like 4 onion slices on the large pizza. Such a rip off and no toppings for a $20.00 pizza. See photos. It was literally a chip with one piece of chicken and onions on it. The beer was good. However, the manager (I’m not sure of her name) came to the table to check on the food, and I explained the situation. She asked if we wanted a different pizza made instead, so I said the pepperoni would be fine. So glad we made this choice, had some when we got home and it was amazing! She also gave us free gelato tokens to come back next time. Four stars for the great management and effort. Thank you.

This is hands down the best pizza I’ve eaten in quite some time!!! Kind of sad that we’re from out of town and don’t have this is our home town. . . it is brick oven pizza and they cooked it to perfection. I also had Greek salad and it was fresh and tasted really good. . . they are not chincy with their ingredients. My pictures do not do the meal justice! (If needed, they also offer a cauliflower crust and a gluten free crust)

It’s a really nice place, if not a bit pretentious. The furnishings and decor are modern and fairly elegant. There’s a lot to be impressed by visually. The staff was friendly and prompt, though not exactly enthusiastic. The food, however, was not much to my liking. We got the BBQ Chicken pizza. It was overly spicy and drenched in a garlic aioli, so much so that it permeated the thin crust, leaving it soggy. Their prices are fairly decent, but ultimately it literally left a bad taste in my mouth. I probably won’t return. That said, it wasn’t horrible, just didn’t live up to the hype.

I seriously enjoyed this restaurant during my trip to Topeka. In fact, I called my wife (who was 2+ hours away) and told her I’m sending her a menu and bringing dinner home with me. The service was top notch as well with very friendly, knowledge, and informative staff. This may be my go to pizza joint when I visit the capital going forward.
