This is a slow, rude, inconsiderate place. They are never ready with nothing, not prepared. You have to pull around to the front for everything even if its a cup of coffee. Then its like they forget about you. Smh, the process is more than 15 mins for the simplest things drive or going in dont matter and it dont even have to be busy. Avoid this place drive the extra mile or whatever if you want better service.

Lazy employees. Even though they close at 8, they will lock the doors at 7 and not let you in. If they’re out of the items you ordered, they won’t say anything and will let you drive off. They won’t return your money unless you notice your items are missing. Very disappointed with the service tonight.

Honestly today was my last straw with this place. I ordered a small vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar. I pull out and start driving home and I take a sip of my coffee and there’s no vanilla in it, just a regular iced coffee. Kind of irritating because this has happened a couple times before but not that big of a deal I just go back through the drive through and ask them to add the vanilla to it. I take a drink of the coffee and they must have poured the whole bottle of vanilla in my small coffee it was disgusting. To me this was them being petty because I asked them to add the vanilla into it, when they’re the ones who messed it up to begin with. Like there’s no way it’s that hard to read a label. I even added some more coffee into it when I got home to try and fix it and it was still so bad because of how much vanilla syrup they put into it. Not to mention they are constantly out of everything. Bagels, croissants, syrups, donuts, literally everything. I don’t know how this place is still open. Customer service is pretty bad too, i’m constantly getting attitude from the workers. If they actually did their jobs correctly and had the products they’re supposed to have I wouldn’t even mind the bad attitudes because I know what it’s like to work customer service but they don’t. Safe to say I will never be back at this Dunkin location.

Came here to get 4 hot chocolates and 3 of them tasted straight like water I always be tasting my hot chocolates from any dunkin due to that problem or the machine but this time it tastes so bad! I went back inside the store and I told the young men if they can redo them cause they tasted like water he rolled his eyes at me and staring talking bad about me with his coworkers then I told tim to please do that then he told me that’s how the hot chocolates tastes but I told him that’s not true and to taste him if we wanted to so he think I’m not lying gave me an attitude and decided to ask for my money back! This place is ridiculous tbh like lack of customer service never coming back and reporting the young men

I came in with my friend to order breakfast although the person at the drive through. Had an attitude ended up not providing me with the items I paid for try to come back and get the food I was missing she said we want free food we are broke so I can in the store disappointed of the poor costumer service after I paid for food and she doesn’t care bad team to provide service check your food people please and make sure you get your receipt she act like she about that life and she ain’t definitely needs to be treated and added to a world star video bad representation to a huge corporation like Dunking Donuts

I’m going to stop buying large cold brews from here. By the time they finish putting all that ice in your cup, you only have a small cup of coffee, and god forbid if you ask for Less ice. You’re damned if you do you damned if you don’t and these photos are after she took some of the ice out. I’m pissed but I didn’t want to be difficult all these darn ice chips, ugh. Dunkin, where you’re guaranteed to get more ice than coffee. This used to be my favorite Dunkin however service has gone down completely.

I went around noon for a frozen coffee. I was so confused about why there were full chunks and pieces of ice in it. It was like whoever made it was too lazy to let the coffee blend fully. I basically got a milkshake or ICEE with ice cubes in it.

I ordered a largee, hot coffee with extra cream. Was handed an extra large coffee. Got to my office and took a sip – there was also sugar in it. Too late to go back…I hate sugar in my coffee

My husband ordered 6 strawberry frosted donuts and a medium coffee on 11/24/23 at 8:56 am. The employee put 6 donuts in a bag, needless to say, all of the frosting came off because the donuts were all thrown in the bag together. The kids were upset, when I called the store they informed me they were out of small boxes. They told me I could bring back the donuts left for replacement. First off I not going to leave back out of the house the day after Thanksgiving to return maybe the 3 donuts that are left. The Employee knew they didn’t have any small boxes and should have used a larger box to avoid this situation in the first place. I will not be returning!
