I visited this location on 2/1 around 8 pm. There were 3 employees there and I was the only customer. I placed my order then sat down to wait. Another customer came in. After sitting for approximately 5 mins, 2 employees went to the office in the back and one went to the restroom. I waited another 5 -10 mins for the employee that went to the bathroom to return to pull my fries up. They he proceeded to go to the grill but not start my sandwich, rather they went to the back with the other two employees then came back to start my sandwich. The other two employees then returned and started to fix their own sandwich. Long story short they were in the back playing, flirting and goofing around. I waited 25 mins for a soggy sandwich and cold fries. I requested new fries not knowing my sandwich was trash. I did return around 8:45 to have them make another sandwich and they had already locked the doors. I contacted the store the next morning and Brandon the GM was very helpful, apologetic and understanding of my bad experience. Brandon explained that my experience isnt what Penn Station is all about and assured me that he would make things right. Brandon made things right by refunding my money and offered to remake my order. I appreciate Brandon for his urgency to resolve my issue.

At 6:28, a decision was made to inform customers of a delay and request their return in 15 minutes. This situation led to significant internal disagreements among staff, highlighting a lack of clear guidance and professional conduct. Nothing was on the grill or the fry station. I’m sitting here as an experiment to see how long it will take them to take care of a customer.

Called in a carry out order, when getting to the store to pick it up (being already paid for) the lady was extremely rude and demeaning in a way telling us that someone already picked up the order. Not being from here we honestly didn’t know who could have picked up the food. The lady working claimed she has had a busy day and not wanting to remake the order or make it right she called her supervisor on the phone. After that assuming they told her to make the food again that was giving to a random person she stated she was putting us in the back of the line because she has a larger order which came after to prioritize. Never had this kind of issue with Penn Station ever before. It puts a bad look on the name of usually such a well ran place with excellent food. Calling corporate tomorrow figure this one out.

This is by far the best Penn Station I’ve been to in a long time! The sandwich was not greasy at all and the fries were perfect. My sandwich and fries from other locations drip grease everywhere. Fresh and hot, grilled to perfection! AND the cookies were so soft and perfect!

Penn Station has no reason to be this good. Probably because everything is made fresh, right in front of you. The meat is grilled to order, the potatoes are julienned and fried just for you, and the staff are very friendly and skilled at what they do.

The mega steak is the same as a regular Philly cheesesteak…and i ask for more of the vegetables (mushrooms, peppers, onions), add ghost peppers along with provolone….I understand the cashier took the order, but thought he would make sure of everything i asked for….and it should not be called “Mega”.
The cost is high, just to get ripped off…this will be my last year….I will start in 2026 to decrease, eating out and spend my hard earned money buying the stuff and cook at home…to think I tip some bills and got ripped off.

Absolutely disgusting! We used doordash and didn’t even get the 4$ drink we paid for,nor BOTH the 12in subs we ordered.Instead this is what we got,one 12in and a 6in that has black hair wrapped completely around it,and wasn’t even the sub we ordered.We order a Dagwood and got Philly Cheesesteak.Not to mention,the fries taste old and microwave heated.Definitely disappointed and DEFINITELY will not be going back/ordering.
