Cashier and manager let us order food that they didn’t even had ready, asked us to trade out food for something else, got a little refund back but nothing of what we ordered even after the fact. Didn’t give us what we asked for 2nd time around. Do not go….. not worth being charged for things you don’t even get.

Didn’t have enough dark meat for an 8 piece box, gave me a dried out rubbery wing to complete it. Had to remind them it was supposed to be all dark meat at the window. The sweet tea was disgusting, I literally couldn’t drink it.

Came in at 8:10 pm 10/21/2024, I ask for a 12pc family ,and I want it fresh . The cashier said 20min I said ok ,she reply and said ,you going to wait 20 min ,I replied. Yes ma’am I willing to wait . Then she asked someone could they fry it fresh and they said no.the chicken wasn’t old that they got up there . I asked what time they close they said 10 so homered chicken get cooked after 8. Every time lately I’m told to pull up there’s a 3 min wait I wait 10-15 min no apology or extra anything. Had to call into the store to see if they forgot me. It’s always the Bo berry biscuits they’re never ready but it doesn’t take more 5 min I’ve worked there. Girl brought them out with an attitude and no apology. Awful customer service!

$45 for some dried out over fried chicken, didn’t get the sides that was supposed To come with it, the sides we did get were dry and the macaroni was oily and tasted like powder cheese and def been sitting under a heat lamp for a while, combo meals don’t come with a drink… never again maybe it’s just this one but it’s freaking gross and for $45?! Stay clear go somewhere else at least my dogs had a good $45 meal yes we drove home before eating and maybe I should have checked the boxes, but it was 9:00 at night and NOBODY was dining in or in the drive thru, guess 4meals at once was to much for employees to handle
