We only ordered meat skewers. The skewers didn’t have any charcoal taste and seems like they’re fried. Nothing really stood out. Food was mediocre at best. We ordered beef, lamb, chicken, tendons, tongue, chicken wings. Also got popcorn chicken and garlic eggplant. Likely won’t be back again to try their hotpot. This could be a good late night drinking spot since they’re open until 2AM.

We only did BBQ skewers, The food was amazing, and the service was great. There were many bottle/can beverage options included. I am a meat person but my favorite was the veggies. I definitely recommend it and will come back again.

Love this place! It’s clean, the service is good, and the ambience of place is great with its high ceilings. You really get your moneys worth doing AYCE skewers. I haven’t tried hot pot or BBQ, but the skewers menu is amazing. There is a lot of diversity— I like the lamb and beef skewers, obviously, but I also recommend the bacon wrapped enoki, garlic clams, and chicken wing skewers. They have a great variety of drinks as well. Overall, one of my favorite places in the city!

Highly recommend this place! We did the skewer and hotpot combo. The skewers were very flavorful and there’s a lot of drinks included as well. The staff was very attentive the whole time changing out our plates.

The perk about hot stix restaurant is they gave us 12% discount for a birthday party without minimum head counts as long as the birthday person can verify the birth date. The BBQ stix were so warm and savory. We had a wonderful birthday celebration at Hot Stix.

Came here with a group of 16 for a birthday dinner and everything went smoothly! Service was fast and friendly, and the prices were great, totally worth the trip from Flushing. I was surprised by how good the skewers were, crispy on the outside, tender inside, and full of flavor. The unlimited drinks and appetizer bar were a nice bonus and the staff even helped us sing happy birthday. Definitely will be back soon!

Ordered take out and the skewers are very good! I love the smokey taste unlike most place now that just deep fry it. Cant wait to try dining in for both skewers and hotpot.

This buffet didn’t quite meet my expectations, but there are some good points. They stay open until late at night, which is a big plus—especially in such a busy residential area. Their cold dishes and spicy crawfish were pretty tasty, and the two marinated raw dishes they served for free were also really good.
I ordered the garlic oysters, and out of four, only one was fresh. The rest clearly didn’t look right—one even had a yellow part I thought was sauce, but it turned out to be bitter and off.
The barbecue was hit or miss. Most of it was fine, but a few pieces were overly salty, greasy, or even burnt.
Also, there’s no parking lot—only street parking nearby. Hope they can improve the food quality, because the hours and some of the dishes are actually quite promising.

Quick and friendly service. Big selection of veggies for an AYCE buffet. You’re able to pick your own food in a self service style. The skewers are a good idea.
