Around 6pm I drove up and ordered a spaghetti and meatballs with 2 breadsticks. Everything was fine except the bread stix. They were completely saturated in oil and very raw tasting and texture. Not going back.

They went above and beyond for us!
We had a large group visiting from out of state and it was a beautiful day so we ate outside. Some of our group love hot honey on their pizza so we asked if they had it. They did not, so we adjusted our order. We were enjoying our food when they came out with an extra pizza, with hot honey. It turns out that they went to the store and BOUGHT hot honey to create the pizza we asked about. Like I said, above and beyond service! Breadsticks, meatballs (the best I’ve ever had!), pizza…. all delicious! I really wanted to write a review to share how impressed we were. This gesture made a big impression on us! Highly recommended!

I simply cannot rave enough about Impellizzeri’s—it is, without a doubt, the best Italian food I have ever had. Every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, cementing Impellizzeri’s as our new favorite spot. But what truly elevates this restaurant is the top-tier hospitality, specifically from our waiter, Jordan. His service went above and beyond anything we’ve experienced. Jordan went to major lengths to make sure our entire party was perfectly accommodated and took care of every single request we had with genuine warmth and professionalism. He is a true asset to the team.
Because of the phenomenal food and Jordan’s outstanding service, we’ve decided we will be back every Wednesday morning without fail, and we will be asking for Jordan! First time at this location. Seated promptly. Server reached our table quickly & took drink orders. We skipped the appetizer, ordered one salad & 12” customer made to order. The pizza was hot and flavorful. Venue is very casual & low key. A few large screen TVs are displaying major sports events. Heavy walk-in to-go orders! Building is somewhat dated — likely a former restaurant. Located on busy thoroughfare next to an Oil Change Service Center.

First time ordering the deep dish. It’ll be my go-to for now on. With extra cheese and three toppings, the crust had no trouble staying crispy and it was delicious. Plan on a 45 minute wait for this pizza; ours took a little less than than that.

Last night, our waiter brought us our drinks. Did not give us any straws. I had to walk up to the bar to get our straws.
Brought over our appetizer, said he was coming back with plates. Never did. It was breadsticks so we didn’t need plates that much. Just load napkins downs. Plates would have been nice but not a necessity.
Then he brought over the pizza, set it down, and proceeded to LEAVE OUR TABLE without PLATES! We said “can we get plates!?” He finally got our plates.
He saw we had breadsticks left over and just grabbed it away. We literally had to say “ we would like a box for those.” He did not ask if we wanted to take these home.
I cannot believe the lack of customer service from this tall male waiter. Completely unacceptable behavior.
