I ordered a regular size cheese curds, the box is 1/4 the way full. I don’t even think it counts as a small cheese curds. One of the wings also still had a ton of feathers on it making them so unappetizing. Not worth the money at all.

Stopped in last night to get gas and grab dinner headed back from Motown. The girl that took my order was nice, told me it would take 5 minutes. While waiting on my food a male employee stood there talking to his friend being loud and degrading a girl the friend swears wants him… I’d say not but the icing on the cake. A blonde girl behind the counter where they at least package the food, was picking at a place on her forehead, I’m pretty sure popping a pimple. Needless to say I got my money back no dinner and I won’t be back. The guy who gave me my money back was rude to me about wanting a refund and didn’t send the girl back to wash her hands and sterilize the area.

They don’t have half of what’s on their menu. Wouldn’t allow Allow changing items and keeping sides even though the item being changed to was a cheaper option. Will never order food from here again.

We ordered food on the Buffalo Wild Wings app for delivery, which is then contracted through Door Dash. The Door Dash driver responsible for delivering, Hannah, text my fiancé she couldn’t find the house. A few minutes later she said she found it….our food was nowhere to be found. We contact BWW Go in Whitehall and spoke to Manager Lee….he was unprofessional, spoke over my fiancé, had a clipped irritated tone and didn’t want to listen to anything we had to say. Will not be ordering through them again.

Accidentally placed an order too late and it was pushed to the following day. Came to the store before they closed, explained to the young lady working and requested the order be cancelled. Provided her with all the information, she said it would be a couple days and the refund would be issued.
It’s been a week, and a refund hasn’t been issued.
Called back today, and I’m told the manager (Brian) will need to take care of it. The employee was unable to tell me when Brian would be in to address the issue.
I want my $90 back.
Customer service- terrible.

I have tried ordering for the first time at this location not once, but twice to give them a chance and both times it wouldn’t let me order online and when I called their location the phone was never answered. It just played their hold music saying someone from the team would answer shortly in a loop and I waited 9 minutes and no one ever answered. It’s crazy that it happened twice.

I have ordered from this location twice since they opened. Both times my order was ready when promised. Everything was included in my order. My wings and potato wedges were great. Everything had the right amount of sauce and ranch included. Absolutely zero complaints.
