I was looking forward to going back to this place. I was there right after they opened about 2 1/2 years ago, had their Tenders and loved em. Not so much this time around. We went inside to order and eat. The girl was nice & polite. Lobby was very clean. However she screwed up my sandwich order and the fries were just warm. They politely took it back and fixed it for me. Another girl brought out the corrected sandwich along with hot fries this time. The chicken sandwich however was just warm. Cheese as you can see in the picture, was cold and obviously not melted as pictured on the menu board. When I hear brioche bun, I’m thinking soft. This one was not soft nor warm. Needless to say, I was disappointed. My wife had their wings & fries. She said the wings were good, but the fries were warm, not hot.

Don’t trust what the online ordering system says. You’ll be waiting an extra 20-40 minutes past the pick up time quoted even when the lobby and drive thru are dead. This kind of cost savings through 400% greater wait times will make this property available for rent soon. Hopefully something efficient moves in.

We’ve been coming here for years and the food is good but it used to be much better. The last three times I’ve gone they’ve made the order completely wrong on multiple items, and the quality of food seems to have dropped as well. When we went today the kitchen staff were rushing orders so they had more time to cut up in the kitchen and the result was pretty poor. We’ll definitely be taking a break for awhile.

I had try my newest chicken tender restaurant discovery. The chicken were good nicely seasoned. I got the 6 wings Korean BBQ and Garlic Parmesan. I liked the Korean BBQ the best. The fries are good. The prices are okay. Not cheap but not to high.

First time every trying Slim Chicken and it came highly recommended and I must say I wasn’t disappointed. The service was amazing, food was very hot and fresh, the lobby gives off a very warm atmosphere. It’s definitely a must try.

First time and last time. My experience was that the famous “southern hospitality ” was reserved for those whom you already know. Additionally, the chicken wasn’t crispy but rather soggy and tasted like old, rancid grease. So much potential too. Oh well.
