I usually enjoy ordering The Snacking Bacon and Chai Latte from Dunkin’ in my area, and I have always had positive experiences. However, my recent visit was quite disappointing.

Initially, I overlooked the way my order was taken by the unenthused girl. No, proper greeting at all. There was a bit of a wait, which I can understand. However, when the young associate took my payment and walked away, I found that unprofessional. When I received my bag, it was noticeably light, prompting me to check inside. To my surprise, it contained only a partial order of the Snacking Bacon, which was cold, and my Chai Latte was warm rather than hot.

I am puzzled by how I could receive cold food and lukewarm coffee with no apparent rush or busyness in the establishment. Additionally, I sensed an attitude from the staff, which I found disheartening, as I value friendly service and a warm smile to start my mornings.

Lastly, my son was disappointed to learn that the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Croissant, which is one of our favorites, has been discontinued.

I hope you will address these concerns to improve the experience for future customers. Thank you for your attention.

Sometimes the drive-tnru is a long wait and with no mobile pick-up line that can be an inconvenience . They do give accurate orders and friendly staff from my experience. The donuts and food are fresh. Going inside is usually faster service than the drive-thru

I want to start this out by your company. Runs behind your leadership leads the unprofessionalism. That is shown to all the residents in Ola. By the store manager, would the white hair? She continues to stand behind the scenes at the food line that she’s working consistently. I watched it on multiple occasions. Had neighbors and friends in the area. Even talk to me about it while I’m in the store. I had to quit coming for a long time. Cuz it’s just out of control, started trying to come back hoping maybe it got better with being the same thing. When management’s cussing and talking about the customers to the employees in front of other customers instead of focusing on the job at hand and taking care of your customers. Customers, it becomes out of control on this morning.I could not hold back anymore.I am writing this review. Because the unprofessionalism and the aggressiveness that was in the store this morning out of control was not the word. I watched it with several people that were working side by side. Not only the store manager, but the ones working side by side with her to the point. That was the elderly man in front of me. They kept going back-and-forth with him. He ordered a simple cup of coffee, whipped cream and sugar. It was so bad that by the time he left the store, he was completely outside of himself. Ran slap into the door spilled coffee all over it on the floor not one time was anybody like? Are you okay? Can I help you? The man just proceeded to walk out the door after the coffee went everywhere. I’m just saying I don’t know how owners can let things get this far. That your customers have to leave your store that distraught. Upon me receiving my order, the guy hands me a medium and small and says, laughs in my face. And says, sorry, we’re out of large. So you’re gonna have to get a medium and a small
Don’t know what the aggravation level is that people have to put that off on their customers when they’re simply just trying to get a cl a coffee to start their day.I have been a dunkin’ fan through and through.Have come to the store since I moved to ola.Would the first manager that started it?Christine is the whole reason.I started drinking coffee to begin with.Don’t know where these owners lost the love for their store and their customers.But I wish by some chance they would get it back

We went through the drive thru at 5:45 this afternoon. I understand that many of the donuts are gone by this time. We asked about a few different ones and the male employee huffed and acted like we were absolutely interrupting his time after each donut we asked about. After the third donut we asked about and third huff, we just deciding to leave since it was so much of an inconvenience to him. We went to Krispy Kreme instead when we got to that side of town.

Disappointing… to say the least!

I was this Dunkin’s top customer (in my head lol). I was going EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. sometimes twice a day. That is until…

Everything went downhill! And really it seems like it was when the remodel happened. Once this location reopened after the remodel, the taste of the coffee itself has changed. It’s became almost sour tasting, no matter what time of day I go. Then, if I get cream or milk that part tastes very dusty or just not right or not fresh. If you add in flavor shots they don’t do full shots so you don’t get any flavor, even though you pay for it, especially when mobile ordering. I would get the same thing most times and it would rarely be consistent from day to day.

Then speaking of mobile ordering, if you get food and a drink, they completely forget your food half the time or don’t get your doughnuts right. Then they move so slow and not in no kind of hurry to prioritize the customers.

Most of the employees don’t thank the customers, it’s almost like it’s a bother to have to give me my order. Very unwelcoming.

Between the horrible inconsistent tasting coffee and the unwelcoming atmosphere, I don’t really go anymore. If I do, it’s because i really want some doughnuts lol.

My wife and went through the drive through about 9:39-9:45 this morning. The person taking the order was absolutely terrible. He did not listen, he was unsure of what the store had and did not have and ultimately we drove off and went to the location on 155. The guy was basically flat out lazy and didn’t want to do what he was getting paid to do. Every time we have gone to that location service has been pretty good. Please take him off the drive through and put him on another detail like cleaning the restroom because he definitely didn’t want to be there today.

Terrible. A kid took my order like we were friends on the phone. Yelled out “6 7” on the intercom during my order. Another kid came to the window when I pulled around and just looked at me until I told him my order. STAFF COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Another kid was counting tips in the window while I waited 30 minutes for one drink and hashbrowns. Go anywhere else.

Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional in an open kitchen. Cussin and insulting the previous staff on last shift. They need to learn customer service and professionalism. While waitin for my incorrect order I witness a woman waiting in the drive thru for 5 minutes and no staff greeted her.
