Mocha tasted like water and when I returned to be fixed, I got one size smaller drink. Long story short, a tall mocha took about 25 minutes to be received on a Sunday afternoon hour which wasn’t a busy time!!

We ordered drinks to be picked up first thing on Thursday morning. They were going to be ready by 5:52am. We arrived in drive thru at 5:58am. They weren’t ready except the frappe which had melted because it took them 10 minutes to make the drinks they hadn’t made yet. They didn’t greet us at the window because they were too busy talking on their headsets to each other. The drinks were also not good either unfortunately.

The 2 coffees I ordered were made just perfect but the amount of time to make them was super slow.. I had ordered b4 I left my house.. Had to drive 10 miles to pick up.. The app said 7-10 minutes for pick up.. I arrived and still waited 10 minutes.. Not fast service at all
