The atmosphere was excellent! Daniel our staff and everyone there were precise and great. The food is well presented. The flavors are mild but enjoyable. The desserts were amazing!

Very attentive service and hospitality (thNk you, Dan ), we sat at the bar for an early dinner after seeing a matinee play at the Yale Repertoire Theater (Spunk was excellent). We truly enjoyed our evening here and would recommend to friends. Pics of our sophisticated meals included. ☺️

Olea exceeded all the expectations I had. We came to celebrate my graduation and enjoyed our time here. The food was great, flavorful, service good! I have no complaints.

I haven’t been here before, so I can’t speak for the menu in general but the restaurant week menu (the fall salad, polenta, and the apricot cheesecake) was quite bland and unimpressive. I kept looking for a bit of dressing or a flavor to stick, and I failed. The presentation was aesthetically pleasant though.

Solid place for an evening out or to have something tasty that’s a bit more refined in New Haven. I’ve been before for their tasting menu and a la carte menu and enjoy their dishes.
We tried the tasting menu since I haven’t had this one. Generally very good. I have minor complaints but overall I recommend it. $270 for two with tip not including alcohol.

The ambiance was intimate and inviting. The food was exceptional, with each dish served promptly. While the cochinillo was good, I have had better elsewhere so id say skip out on it; it did take an hour to arrive, which I timed since i read reviews it took long. However, this was not a significant issue. If anything i highly recommend the chipirones; that dish is outstanding!

In my opinion the best upscale restaurant in New Haven. The prix fixe menu is fantastic. I kept telling my husband it was the best salad I’ve ever had! The beef short rib risotto was so rustic and comforting. Both of the desserts we had were incredible. The Yuzu mignonette was incredibly creative and delicious.

Service extremely attentive and perfectly paced.

This was an upscale experience for us. We went here with another couple for a nice meal. We ended up staying for a few hours multiple courses and dessert bottle of wine and cocktails. The service was consistently excellent. Cocktails were made by an experienced bar staff. They were clearly not messing around with your run if the mill bartenders. They had pros working behind the bar. The food was sooooo good. The dessert was a tasting of chocolates. Loved it all.
