We always order a Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread, Spinach Feta Ranch Wrap & Mango Magic. Everything was on point and honestly better than 2 other locations we frequent. Friendly, quick service, clean environment, and fresh ingredients. We will come here more often!

In general, TS is my favorite place to eat, however, I’ve been disappointed in this location for a while. I thought the last couple of times, maybe it was just a bad day. I go again tonight to pick up a to go order. I get home, this is what my sweet potatoes looked like. I got 3 smoothies. Just like the last time I went, they were so chunky and icey, we had to chew through them. The food was so stuck into the containers like a pile of mush you couldn’t pick it up to eat it. Ridiculous. I hope they get it together soon.

When I tried my Bahama Mama smoothie I was disgusted. It tasted like nasty tap water with spoiled fruit. I thought I was being dramatic, so I let a family member taste it and they thought the same as well. Normally I love this smoothie, but this time it was one of the worst smoothies I have tasted.

Update**** Already did the information they asked to do in review from owner before this original review was even responded to. Also, still nothing has been done. No contact has been made to fix this situation. Review the cameras, case closed. It is that simple. Now, it is just the principal of it****
I come here all the time and was excited to have one in Duncan,but this location has been testing me. I let the drinks not being made great go because they are a newer location, but on my birthday the other day, I ordered 4 smoothies for my family. They forgot mine and I asked for a refund or for the smoothie. Days later, nada. Called today and nothing still. Haven’t even spoken to someone in charge besides younger female. Stated that a manager, whoever and whenever they come in, has to speak to the owner. Over a refund of your screw up? Yeah, no. I will be in person next and bet I see someone then, Karen style 🙂 idc It is a dang smoothie for $7. Just do one or the other..no one is trying to get over on y’all when I come multiple times a week. TS just lost me though and I hate it more than they will, I know, but pride is pride. Owner might want to start all the way over or they will be shut down looking at these reviews.

The music is always so loud we can’t talk when we go to the Duncan location. Today the temp was freezing in there. Does anyone care about making the customers visits pleasant?

Was excited to see a new one near me. But this is the third time they have ruined my Bahama mama. I get it’s a new store and new people but come on, three smoothies and all have ice chunks and fruit chunks so large they clog the straw. Had a friend go for the first time and they won’t go back because it was a bad first impression and I even talked up how good the smoothies are. This store needs some education for its new staff.

First impressions are everything!!! I most say I really enjoyed my meal!! I ordered take out with the Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap, kale apple slaw & recommended by staff mango berry smoothie! It was AMAAAZZZZZZZING !!!!! Everything was fresh & the staff was very sweet! I didn’t even ask the name of the young lady that took my order but she was really sweet & explained the recommended smoothie very well!! I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN & I will order the same thing again! It’s absolutely refreshing & delicious!!!!!

We had two people and Waited over 30 minutes for our sandwich/wrap and two smoothies after we placed a mobile order and when we got home and looked at the food the bacon on the turkey bacon sandwich wasn’t there.

I come here 7 days a week. The one in Duncan and the 1 in Spartanburg, every time I come here somebody that orders food, either a DoorDash or they order the food they have them, sit at the window, while people like me who just come to get a smoothie after workout before work, sit in line for you 15 to 20. Minutes Sometimes I get my smoothie and it’s not even done properly. Because they’re in such a hurry to get the food order out that they just rush through mine or they’re so much just taking their time for the food order that by the time I get to the window, I end up sitting in another 10 minutes and they just let me sit there. So how about you, guys having these people? That order the food at the window or DoorDash. Pull up further, so the ones that are just coming through to actually get a smoothie can get their stuff and go. The rest of the stars were great to you guys to serve the 5. But the reason you got 2 stars in general is because every time I come to either location. I end up sitting for 15 to 20 minutes. I don’t understand that !!!!
