I have been ordering from this Papa John’s for the longest time never ever had issue with them till now I Made an online order, got delivered to me. Both pizzas were not even cut and one look like it was dropped on its side. Everything was laying on the side in the box called up talked to manager manager pretty much saying it was my fault the way I ordered them online real rude and just hung up on me. That’s OK because you learned from your mistakes I will never order from this one ever again.

Second Chance, Got a Raw Pizza Again! adding more photos, So NEVER AGAIN. I tried them twice 1 week apart and it looks like they forgot how to make pizza, I have eaten frozen pizzas that are better. The have good wings but they are a Pizza Place but they can’t make a pizza that is completly cooked. I had to finish cooking it, and added my own ingrediants because they just make a terrible pizza. Just go somewhere else, they do not deserve your buisness because they do not care about their customers. 1 Star is more than they deserve. You can see below I had to finish cooking my own pizza. that is the photo with the pizza that looks cooked on my pizza pan.

My pizza tonight was raw in the niddle and the bottom was partially cooked, but certainly with all the options available for pizza places, you might wanna go somewhere else. I gave 2 stars because my wings and breadsticks were good, but the pizza, once again was lacking.

This is the only PJ’s I’ll go to in town. Every worker here has been very friendly and very courteous, especially Precious. My orders are always on time and they always check to make sure my extras are there like garlic butters. Easily the best PJ’s around.

Ordered a personal pan with a drink, with Cheese sticks. By the time I got the pizza it was already cold, did not have extra cheese that I had asked for. The drink never came. I called twice both time on hold for over 5 minutes and the second time I called I was on hold for 34 minutes before being hung up on. So as I am writing this on hold for the third time and as of now been on hold over ten minutes. This store has not treated me well although since working I have no other choice but to use them.

Order online. Says 60 minutes. Get to the store after 70 minutes. Told they haven’t started it yet it’ll be another 30-35 minutes. 35 minutes later, was just told it’ll be another 15 minutes. Not very happy with this service. I wish Papa John Schnatter was back at the helm of this empire.
PS. Employees do not wear gloves while handling food at this location. Mentioned that to the shift manager and his reply was, “tell the health department, we don’t care. You’re not going to stop a multi-billion dollar company.”

I am not a regular pizza eater. But, when I eat pizza I was always ordering from this store. I regularly was giving tip with my takeout orders. All was going well. But, one day I ordered one and just forgot to give any tip. When I realized I look for options to edit my payment, but I couldn’t as it already went through. Unfortunately, I did not have any cash with me as well on that day.
And voila, that pizza was the worst that I ever had. It literally was a bunch of sauce on a dough with as little as cheese possible. Seriously, when I was trying to lift one slice, it was so saucy without cheese that all my toppings with sauce slide out from my slice.
I thought the pizza prices are for the pizza itself where the tips are for generosity, service, a monetary thank you note. But today I have learned that tips are the main part of pizza for this store. Thank you for this lesson.

So I came to get pizza on Friday and unfortunately my car broke down and it was late at night so we had to leave it there. Here we are Monday and my car is still here because of many outside issues but the people here are incredibly nice! When I was working on my car the came out and offered advice and are overall very nice and pleasant people. Then I ordered more pizza to eat while I was working on my car and it tasted amazing and came out super quick. Definitely come here!!!!

One of the worst I ordered from. Overcooked pizza and barely put any garlic Parm on my garlic Parm breadsticks. Also used a $50 gift card on a $36 order now it’s saying I have $0 on the gift card? I know that’s not the stores fault, but it definitely made me quit Papa John’s. Too many issues with the company. Thank God there’s two better pizza places nearby
