I ordered Chipotle for pickup for 5:40pm I pulled up at the 5:50pm. I waited for over 15 minutes before someone opened the window to hand me my food. The young lady working the window was busy preparing food. While I watched the manager, tall young man and a young lady with glasses walk over without offering assistance. Once the manager spoke his “apology” was we were busy and sorry that inconvenienced you. As if I didn’t watch him and others see and not care to just open the window and pass the food out.

We love chipotle and have eaten it for years. Whoever is running this location truly needs to step in and change things here. I’m not one to leave reviews like that but when it’s over and over again, it’s time for something to be said. We placed our pick up order for 6:00 pick up. We arrived at 5:55 and sat at the window for 20 minutes for them to fix a burrito, salad bowl and 3 kids meals. We watched as the workers casually talked and hung out like there was no hurry at all. Never once coming back to the window or even look our way at all. To top it off, there was only rice in one of the kids meals… no quesadilla at all. This is not the first time we have had issues at this location. It’s nearly every time.

This was my first time ever eating at chipotle the workers were very nice answering any questions i had prepared my food with care. The portions size was way more than i expected i ate off that bowl for 2 days the food was very good and everything tasted fresh

I was not very happy with my visit. The food was not up to par and it was very unclean to me. I ordered burrito bowls, the rice was clumped and the taste wasn’t consistent throughout. I wanted to the tomato salsa and was told there wasn’t any… in the entire restaurant. I think the only thing clean was the employees hands, they had on gloves. Somebody went to wipe the counter down, used a paper towel, just wrong. Food all over the counter, smudged food handprints all over the container. Food stuck to the bottom of the bowls. Will not return.

This Chipotle was very good. The restaurant was noticeably cleaner than most other locations I’ve visited, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was served warm—which, as a longtime Chipotle fan, I can say isn’t always the case—and that made the meal stand out. It’s definitely a step up from the Tuscaloosa location. Overall, an easy four out of five stars

I am a frequent customer here, probably one of their most frequent customers. I have nothing but praise for this location. Anytime I have had an issue, it was fixed. Given the climate around the world, many businesses are short on staff, this location happens to be one of them. I’ll drive out of my way to come here, passing one other Chipotle. Are the doors locked sometimes, yes! Do I get upset about something out of the control of the few employees who do show up, no! There is a guy who works here by the name of Jordan, he is always pleasant, making sure everything is running smoothly, not to mention some of the nice ladies who work here as well. I’ve had a few instances where my table wasn’t cleaned, it was after the lunch rush hour, it was very few employees working, I asked if I could get a cleaning towel and clean it myself, the young lady came from behind the counter and cleaned it for me. Like I said before, when there is a problem, it has always been addressed. I truly believe this location has an ample amount of potential once they are at full staffing capacity. Food is also very good most of the time, there have been a few hiccups here and there due to new cooks (I can speak on this because I go very often and can tell when they hire a new person lol). Overall, I would recommend.

I had severe food poisoning after eating at this place. It is very disappointing to find meat when a vegetarian menu item is ordered. I had to throw away the rest after finding meat. Not going back to Chipotle after this.
Next morning I had severe food poisoning. Potentially because the ingredients (sofrita, cheese) were not properly stored and became contaminated by evening time.

Pitiful from start finish. I will avoid this location for and use the one on Hwy 31 instead.

Why?

Dinner time to-go arrival
Steam table and food filthy
All meats were low on food
No grilled vegetables ready – wait & wait more
Servers were barely audible
Attitude of servers appeared we were bothering them

If you are planning to go out of business here, you are taking all the right steps.

Count me as a “former customer”.

Date of incident: 12/01/2022

First off, there are rude and playful kids that work at this location and seems clueless on how to complete an order. My steak and chicken bowls had 0 meat! Just hard rice, lettuce and beans.I called and spoke with the manager and informed him about the issue and he immediately said that he finds that hard to believe. I told him that I can show him the bowls and he again stated that he didn’t believe me because my (teenaged) son was standing there and hung up in my face, yes corporate check the phone records dated 12/01/2022 at 9:50pm for the duration of 2 minutes.
I drove to the location and when I approached the counter and asked for the manager (with the food and receipt in hand) the young girl was just staring at me with an attitude. She said something slick and that’s when the manager walked out. I informed him that he had hung up in my face and proceeded to place the food and receipt on the counter. He immediately said that he wasn’t going to replace my food and I asked why not and he then repeated it again stating that he wasn’t going to replace the food nor add the missing meats on the bowls and that he wasn’t going to look at the bowls.I offered to pay for the meat several times and he still refused. I asked why not and I began filming him and the filthy food area which I will attach to this review. It was horrible! He told me that if I didn’t leave he would call the police and walked off. Immediately while he was walking away, I turned around and an officer were standing behind me.

What happened next is unfathomable. I was issued a 72 hour no trespassing (mind you I will never visit this place again- it’s filthy) and had my drivers license and vehicle ran. I was treated as if I did something wrong and was told that I was trespassing although Chipotle informed me that their return policy states that I can have my order remade or receive a full refund!We are living in a time where law abiding citizens are being treated cruel and viewed as suspicious criminals just for expecting a decent meal that they paid for.

Today I learned (and experienced) how it feels to be wrongly accused or be treated like you’re guilty. To be totally unheard. To not be considered. To be slightly threatened. To not trust those who suppose to protect. Knowing that I didn’t do anything wrong but was treated like I was the villain while the seriously ill person called the police merely because he could but it did seemed like both the manager and officer hang out in the same circle.
There is something disturbing about a manager that refused to replace an order and had ALREADY called the police before he asked the customer to leave. I am in disbelief. Friends and family, I shared this link with you because justice must prevail, so please assist me in fighting this matter.

Corporate if you are reading this, I have in my possession a full video of the incident in question. This place has turned into a pig’s sty. Update: I was informed that my review was no longer available, therefore I am updating it. People should be able to see this particular establishment for what it really is.

.**UPDATE 11/2023 ** Someone mentioned that “This establishment has had a complete overhaul and the food is fresh, and they have new courteous and enthusiastic employees”.

This has to be a paid review or someone affiliated with the company because the rude manager is still employed there and the service is still horrible! I can’t believe it that this person is still there after all that I endured because of HIM.It bothers me that CHIPOTLE has never made this right.

I did a Door Dash order and when I received it there was basically NOTHING in this bowl. The portion size I was given is a joke. I was given maybe 8 whole pieces of chicken. 90% of what was in there was lettuce. Then there were not utensils for me to even attempt to eat it. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS. Especially when I am paying more than the average customer that comes in store to eat. I even paid for the expedited delivery of about $3. Just to receive less than HALF an order. What a joke. It should be the same portions no matter if it’s a delivery or in store order. I’m extremely upset, unhappy and disappointed to say the very least. And then to be offered only $5 in compensation on a $28-$30 order is completely unacceptable and ridiculous.
