We found this total hall in a wall place off the interstate. Yes you are eating in a gas station but they make their food from scratch like they would at home. NO MSG!!! We had a pho and Banh Mi and egg rolls. I would like the broth to be a bit saltier but our daughter loved it. Egg rolls were super crispy and good. Banh Mi was good as well. Oh and the blueberry pomegranate smoothie was amazing… EXCELLENT service and the owners were super sweet. We will definitely come back when we drive near the rocket outside of the Huntsville!!!

We found this little Vietnamese gem of a restaurant hidden in a gas station when we were driving through. Excellent food, super quick and friendly service and dirt cheap. They’ve only been open a few weeks but I hope that more people discover this ‘hole in the wall’ place because we absolutely loved it!
