The food is good, however the service and view are amazing. Today I enjoyed the lobster roll and oysters and my wife had a lobster roll with gluten free bread due to her gluten allergy. Its fantastic the restaurant had gluten free bread. However, the lobster was somewhat dry and tasted a little tough around the edges as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long or was several days old and was reheated to the point of dryness/toughness. At $38/roll, you need to have fresh lobster out of the shell from that day. When you’re competing with amazing seafood shacks down the street like Johnny Ad’s or Skippers who always have fresh tasting lobster, you need to serve the same at a $38 price point. Was randomly recommended to check out this place by some locals. It was a great place to stop for a bite to eat on the water! Our waitress Sophia was super kind and personable. The food and drinks were satisfying. The prices have definitely gone up over the years compared to the menu picture on Google so keep that in mind when you visit.

I went here with a few friends. The food is average in the Sunset Grill. We had drinks, dinner, and appetizers. The drinks were very good! I had a couple frozen drinks and they were great! Dinner and apps were average. The view is spectacular!!! The gardens are gorgeous!! We went when they had a band playing so we danced and had a blast. It was a lot of fun. Not extremely crowded either. The waiters and waitresses were very attentive. Great service!

Love the terraced seating, open views, and relaxed atmosphere. Perfect space for CV19 times as well. Food is average bar fare (grilled chix sandwich was missing flavor) and the drink equally average. But … A star added for the creative and tasty .

The drinks are delicious but the food in my opinion is terrible! The lobster roll was dry and didn’t taste fresh at all (and didn’t even have butter at all) and the calamari was burnt to a crisp and did not come with peppers like the menu said! I would eat before if you go here because the view is gorgeous and the service is great, just food is !

We visited on a Thursday night. Customers next to us were vaping. Told waitress and she apologized and told manager. But nothing was done to alleviate the smoke blowing at us. Don’t go here for the food. It’s the view. Also live music was too loud given its quality.

the food was delicous! the best burger i have had in awhile, and the sweet potato fries were great! but the waiters were only ok and the service sucked. the appetizer never came out and when we asked for an extra plate the waiter never came back. it was a bit pricy but good food.
