I can not say enough good things about Burnt Lemon Grill! First, they are open on Sundays!!
We had Buffalo Chicken Mac Bowl, Pulled Pork Mac Bowl, Street Tacos and a Bacon Bleu Burger with Tots. Everything tasted amazing and came out hot. The biggest surprise for me was the Hot Lemonade. They grill the lemons and caramelize them and then make the lemonade. It is sweet and warm. Delicious!
Give this place a try, you’ll be glad you did.
We will keep coming back for sure. Summer time, it will be out on the deck. So impressed ♥️

I LOVE the BLG! Everything that I have tried has been delicious and there was more food than I could eat, which means delicious leftovers the next day! I’ve tried the loaded pork nachos, smothered chicken burrito, regular, BBQ and garlic Parmesan wings, chicken bacon flatbread, redneck rings, finger steaks, burgers, and a few of their chicken salads. Every meal has been 5 stars and the staff and atmosphere is inviting and friendly! The service is fast, and it’s the best location in town! Their strawberry peach lemonade is one of a kind and this is my favorite restaurant to bring friends and family to eat. There’s something for everyone’s appetite and it’s obvious that the owners take pride in their restaurant and food products. I would recommend the BLG any day!

Tried out the new Brunt Lemon Grill in Salmon, Idaho today, and it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious. We tried the Cajun chicken sandwich, the Western burger, and the fish and chips. All three dishes were excellent, and the Chipotle sauce on the chicken sandwich was so good. The fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly. We also tried three different drinks from the bar that included their signature burnt lemonade, and they were all fantastic. The staff was super helpful, friendly, and fun, and the outdoor space overlooking the river was so cool. Can’t wait to try more meals and drinks. This will for sure become a regular place for us.

Now back to the pulled pork: tender, moist, and packed with flavor, with just enough BBQ sauce to bring it up a notch without overpowering the meat. The onion rings on the sandwich add the perfect crunch and really round out the flavors. This could easily become my go-to order every time.

Excellent Food, Cocktails, and Views at Burnt Lemon Grill!
My wife, her father, and I had a truly fantastic dinner at the Burnt Lemon Grill tonight. We all loved the experience and are already planning our next visit!
First off, the cocktails were outstanding. We particularly enjoyed the drinks made with their house-made lemonade—they were refreshing and perfectly balanced.
For our meals, everything was delicious and perfectly seasoned:
I had the Western Burger and it was excellent.
My wife ordered the Cajun Chicken Sandwich and absolutely loved it.
My father-in-law had the Fish and Chips and thought they were great.
Not only was the food top-notch, but the view of the Salmon River was beautiful and added so much to the atmosphere.
We highly recommend the Burnt Lemon Grill! The combination of delicious food, creative cocktails, and a beautiful setting made for a great evening. We will definitely be coming back to eat and enjoy more cocktails soon!

Road trip lunch spot. We both got the mushroom jack smash burger with tots, and HAD to try the hot spiced lemonade. Omg. Everything is delicious! The beef is flavorful, plenty of mushrooms and cheese. This is a great spot- beautiful riverside lit with a big patio and a small beer selection on tap. It’s very probable we will stop back on our return trip for dinner-maybe try something thai, fish n chips, or shrimp tacos! Love the bathroom artwork, too…

We went for my daughters birthday. They were packed from a basketball game and hockey being in town. We went anyway because we’d heard how amazing it was and we don’t get to salmon too often. The food was fantastic! My daughter said it was the best birthday lunch ever. The lemonades were too! The service was phenomenal. They were running around like crazy, keeping up with all the customers and were still super friendly and checking in regularly. We will definitely be going back.

We met with family here and unfortunately only one person in our party liked their food. One person actually couldn’t swallow their bite and had to spit it into a napkin. I tried it, to see that it couldn’t be that bad…. It was. Maybe it was just a new restaurant rough night? The famous lemonades tasted like over sweetened store bought juice and the meal portions were fairly small and pretty expensive. 16.99 for some noodles without sauce and frozen vegetables? The burger was pretty decent but the fries were just frozen store bought fries. The nachos were ok, nothing too good or bad. The location is probably the best in Salmon, with having the deck overlook the river. So I’d go back to hang on the deck and visit with friends, but I won’t be eating. The lady with longer hair was pretty nice though and the homemade bread they sell at the counter was great. However, I felt an honest review was necessary…
