We are a regular and we almost always have a great experience here! The food is consistent and tasty. Kim is always such a pleasure and super sweet to our family. All of the workers are always attentive and helpful with requests.

I like te food here although it is pricey. Most times everything is good, but the last 2 times I’ve gotten soup, it has been less than hot. It’s basically just warm. I understand not wanting to burn your mouth but it could be hotter. They need to check the soup temp.

We popped in to the Ardmore McAlister’s for a late dinner about 45 minutes before closing time. The staff were welcoming and patient while we ordered, especially Kim. She has helped us several times in the past when we go in for dinner. I commented that she always takes such good care of us and she said “that is my goal, to make everyone feel at home!” Mission accomplished Kim!! Thank you for what you do!

Normally food and service are both great but the last 2 times I’ve ordered (April/May 2025) my order has been lets say, short on ingredients? Last time my sw chicken avocado salad didn’t have avocado and this time the grilled chicken club is literally just chicken, cheese and mayo. The male manager today was very polite and fixed my sandwich for me. But he went above and beyond, I told him that it was half sandwich and he made me a full sandwich exactly how I wanted it and threw in a free cookie as well. Thank you Sir for your great service and fixing my order. The sandwich was perfect.

I loved mcalisters when they can actually make it like their menu states. I went almost every week (i would have an issue or they wouldnt make it right almost everytime however i would check and tell them) till the last time when they messed up my order 3 times, simple buffalo nachos. They were so rude about it i finally asked for a manager and a refund. She stated she would refund me but then never actually did. The staff doesn’t care about even being nice, they argue with you where i had to actually show the cook on my phone that the buffalo nachos do not come with jalapeños so she gave me chips and cheese only. It was like slaps in the face always mad that i would check my food once i got it. I will never give them my money again.

It’s usually very good and the staff is very nice! But there’s been a couple times me and my friends orders have been messed up. They fix the issue no problem if you bring it up to them, I just wish it wasn’t such a common occurrence a little disappointed they’ve taken certain things off the menu, but the workers obviously don’t control that
