Came with my husband and son to eat something before we headed back home to Chicago. We arrived at 5pm ordered 3 meals and 30 minutes later we still havemt received our meals. We literally just went across the street to Culvers. My husband told them to cancel the order and give him his money back but they told him to wait and they will check his receipt. We waited 2 min and he told them to keep his money as a tip. He was frustrated and so was I. This was our first time there, but definitely will be our last. I hope the manager sees who was working today, March 7th 2026 at 5pm because although the young lady at the register was nice, the rest of the crew was extremely slow and I myself work in the service industry and this would not fly with me.

I wish I could remember the manager I spoke to Saturday Dec 6th at 5:00 pm but she was amazing. After another restaurant screwed us by not having our order I called KFC to see if they could put together a large order as soon as possible. She was so nice and helpful and got the order ready in 20 minutes. The chicken tenders and Mac & cheese were amazing. They will be my first choice from now on.

Some of the Chicken was dry and tough, hard to chew, ( leg and wing)
I received 2 thighs, when I was supposed to get 1 breast and 1 thighs, along with the wing and leg,
Thighs were tasty hot, fresh, and moist,

Rough Sunday evening. (12/7/25)
Was one of the few fast-food places we still give money to.
But tonight our order was so bad that everyone in the house has banned them from the roster.
– there was a wing in his tenders and he bit down on a bone
– they gave us the wrong sauces
– skipped our order of gravy entirely
– skipped the large potato side entirely
– skipped our extra 4 biscuits entirely
– skipped our receipt
– didnt skip the payment for all the missing food tho
It was just the worst end to an already terrible day at the hospital

I’ve eaten at KFC only a few times in my life. My 85yr old mom wanted a chicken pot pie and convinced me to try one too. It had a great taste but had only one piece of chicken in it-about the size of a dice and a half. My mom’s had two pieces in it with the equivalent of two dice. I guess I thought “chicken” pot pie would actually have a lot more chicken in it. It was tasty but very disappointing. I would say that maybe it was a fluke with mine but my moms was the same way. With lack of anything to compare it to (based on these 2 pies) I wouldn’t buy again assuming this is just how they’re made.

Popped in to pick up a bucket of chicken on Father’s Day. I have to say it was refreshing to be greeted immediately by Brian. He took our order, was very nice and had great customer service! He even wished my husband Happy Father’s Day! The girl who gave us our food (didn’t catch her name) was also very friendly and smiled. Excellent experience all around.

Nice clean interior and seating area. Cashier Theresa was extremely polite and professional. The staff crew worked efficiently to provide timely service with good attitudes and with speed.
This is a busier location than other ones I’ve been to so I’m sure it’s contributed to management and effective staff.
I ordered a big box 5 piece tenders that came with two sides and biscuit. Look in your local papers for coupons when you go. Any savings is a saving.
Chicken tenders were meaty. Biscuit was soft and fluffy. The sides were normal sides. The clerk up sold me on the apple pie nuggets which were delicious. It was a wise choice! I purchased a 10 pack to share.
Only downside is KFC needs a spicy tangy BBQ dipping sauce and not only the Buffalo ranch. The Buffalo ranch is for the person who wants it hot hot. They need just a hot sauce and not only that’s flaming hot ! Suggestion for KFC Corporate
