The food here is always excellent and never disappoints. However, the employees need better customer service manners. During my visit, there was no greeting, and the staff member seemed unwilling or uncomfortable speaking. Proper training in basic courtesy would really improve the overall experience. The only reason the reviews are going down is because of the employees’ behavior. The food is good, but the staff’s attitude ruins the experience.

Amazing food!! Definitely my place to go on a rainy day for pakoras . Although food is amazing there isn’t an order with traffic in this plaza and they do not have designated parking. Your car can be towed anytime. Also the store front has no place for ppl to wait there it gets too congested up front. It would be nice if they let ppl know to wait outside. Staff is pleased to talk to. Must try this place if u haven’t.

Typical mentality of serving clients. No value for the customer’s time. They informed that the order will take 15 minutes to prepare but took more than 40 minutes. Even after reminders they kept me waiting almost 45 minutes for my order. I observed people who ordered after me got their Pakoras but me. Eveb pakoras were under cooked.Very unprofessional and rude. Will not recommend at all.
Reply to owner: I called you store when I reached home and its 25 minutes away. U had already wasted my time when I was in ur store. It was ur mismanagement coz ur employees might have missed my order and when I complained about delay they made order in rush. Nothing better can be expected from you. It shows in your reply that you r not apologetic for your mistakes. Anyways good luck for your sloppy business.
