My daughter and I stopped in this morning to pick up an order thru the drive thru and the order wasn’t correct. A specialty coffee was all milk very little espresso. Since I was driving I asked them to remake it for her and they refused. Then the girl who supposedly made it came to the window and started arguing with my daughter. When we asked for the manager she was pissed and crappy as well. When we asked for the corporate number she yelled at my daughter to look it up. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and they lost TWO daily customers!

Last few times I’ve ordered “coffee” they’ve screwed up our order. The lattes are just 3 ounces of actual fluid in large cup and the rest is nasty sugar foam, for 7 bucks?? No. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt, but I’m done. Going to a real coffee shop like Maggie’s from now on. Scooter’s will hurt Dunkin’ for sure.

The past 3 times I have went my drinks were terrible and the service was awful. I got pulled around for ordering one drink and when she brought it out I asked for a straw and the worker rolled her eyes and said “Yep, I guess.”

Really chill quite coffee shop. With a great atmosphere! Very friendly staff. The food and donuts are AMAZING! My favorite coffee place in Warsaw for sure.

Apparently when you tell them to not fill the whole cup up with ice they only give you half the coffee here. Never have had this happen at any other Dunkin even earlier this week in Columbia city and not only was it cheaper, the whole cup was full and I ordered the same exact thing. Now that I’ve tasted it it doesn’t even taste like they put any coffee in it at all. Won’t be back. You pay 6 bucks for this and they do a crappier job and give you way less. Whoever runs this is a genius and the lady was also a dick about it. Should have just listened to my husband and went to Starbucks.

I deliver gas to Kroger 837 in Warsaw. I am a 23 year police veteran who now drives truck. I don’t go to Starbucks coffee because of their anti-police activities. As I was finishing delivery I called your store and spoke with Katie. I explained I was 100 yards away and could be to the store in minutes. Katie informed me that I could get the coffee and muffin I wanted by coming to the drive thru. I was at the store within 2 minutes. I spoke with a young man and explained that I had spoken to Katie on the phone. Katie came to the window and said “I’m sorry we’re closed”! I had $5.00 cash on me for the muffin and large coffee I wanted. Why Katie did not just tell me the store was closed but wasted my time telling me she could help me in the drive thru. As I write this in the Handy spot liquor store parking lot a 19:11 hours the store lights are still on at Dunkin Doughnuts. Katie has lost the Warsaw store a customer.
