Ordered an iced macchiato and it was ICE and milk. I had asked for 2% but was told they only had whole milk. My drink is Carmel milk with ice to the top. Very small selection of donuts. If you want a straight coffee or long john this place can do it but so can Quik Trip.

This one is always busy. They typically do a very good job at moving through the drive through line pretty quickly. Today we went inside and it was pretty quick. The drinks are always wonderful and the food is good.

I go here every thurday as a little treat I love thr drive through workers they are so nice my coffee was great but when I got down the road and decided to eat my avocado toast I noticed the taste was really off and looked at the bottom and its completely black . I didnt have enough time to turn back around before work.

Went thru their drive thru and ordered food and a couple beverages. Took a breakfast sandwich out of the bag and noticed a long hair stuck on the wrapper. Should have stopped there but since it was on the outside I proceeded to eat the sandwich. On the second bite I hut another long hair in the sandwich. At that point the rest of the order went in the garbage. Spent over $30 on a breakfast that we couldn’t eat because of the apparent unsanitary conditions the food is being prepped.

We had ordered hashbrowns and two sandwiches on top of two cold drinks got our cold drinks and had to wait about almost 10 minutes for our food for it to be ice cold! Unacceptable when they were dead inside and only 1 behind us.

This used to be a pretty good location. All of my drinks and the few food items I have ordered were as expected and served in a timely manner. However, for the last few months, not only has the accuracy decreased, but so has the quality I’m sad to say. On Wednesday 1/23/20 I visited this store via drive thru. I was asked to pull ahead (not a big deal) and when my coffee was brought out to me it was wrong. I had to send it back. My sandwich .. well, I’m surprised someone thought it was ok to serve. The edges of the croissant, sausage, and egg were all burned as well as the cheese. How disappointing. I did give three stars because this place used to be pretty good, but it’s on its way down. If the downward spiral is stopped and corrected, I will update this post as well as update amount of stars.

They do not greet you when you walk in. It’s not a very friendly atmosphere. I would never recommend this Dunkin’ I came in for a DoorDash waited nine minutes without anyone saying anything to me not a hello how can I help you? Nothing very rude and not a very good atmosphere plain and simple if I could, I’d give him a zero star.

This place is absolutely awful. The general manager Julie is rude and inappropriate, treating customers with disrespect. They embarrassed a poor girl yelling at her in front of the entire store and the other girls working behind the counter were laughing at her. Do not come here.

I see that Dunkin Donuts had a lot of one-stars. My experience was good. My order was quick, right, and fast! I usually get a regular grilled cheese, but u tried the pesto, cheese, and tomato on sourdough bread. Yummy
