Decent experience! Great food and atmosphere! It’s a great place to hang out and work or connect with friends. I got a Fresca and a pumpkin muffin, both were fantastic.
Lots of seating, both soft seats and table seating. Great food options and drink options. Service was not good. Stood at register for almost 5 minutes beige anyone even acknowledged me being there. There were only two people on staff and it was not good.

We have been here a few times but have not used the drive thru but there is one available. There is plenty of seating inside and outside as well. A variety of drinks and some food is available. We ordered an iced cold brew with an apple caramel latte and a lemon square. The latte was good but it was more caramel with a slight hint of apple. The lemon square was good but next time I am going to try one of the large muffins or banana nut loafs they had on display.

Very cute coffee shop. The pastries looked phenomenal. The coffee was exceptionally good. Worth the stop. Everyone was really nice as well, which makes the first interaction of the day great.

After an early morning baseball game, and your kid wants something that tastes good and fast…Santos was clutch!
With its very chill, Vintage-Modern vibe it was easy to sit and enjoy our breakfast and smoothies. Many items on the menu I would love to go back and try!
The croissant was nice and buttery and lightly toasted. And the French Toast was so yummy! The Green smoothie was a little sweeter than I expected but I would get it again! And the strawberry smoothie was delicious! Oh…yes, the coffee (according to my husband) was flavorful.

The service is always great here even during a rush. If you like lighter roast espresso, this is the place for you. They also offer decaf espresso and it tastes just as good. The Hoover location is probably the best Santos location in all of the Birmingham area for its service and quality. The drive thru makes it one of the more convenient local coffee shops as well. If you’re looking for fall drinks the pumpkin spice is amazing and their holiday drinks are even better!

The baseball fields are right around the corner, wanted to grab a bite to eat before sitting out in the heat for the game. Got myself a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel, with a honey, lavender, latte.
Everything hit the spot for sure.
The atmosphere is great,I especially like how the light are set up.

The aesthetics of this location are pleasing to the eye. The coffee was 2 stars. The coffee blend that Santos is known for was not there at all. The Nutella, a favorite, tasted like a water downed version of an instant package of hot chocolate. The crepes was 4 stars. Yes, it’s made with butter and not a spray. It was served hot and the chocolate drizzle brought the crepe to the next level. The ooey butter cake was served ice box cold which leads me to believe it was thawed out. Nothing a microwave can’t fix. It was okay when heated.

Stopped by here during a break in our tournament at the Hoover met. We only got coffee and tea but there is a food menu as well. This is a really nice coffee shop on the inside. There are nice furnishings and cozy places to sit. They also offer a drive-thru. I will have to try their food menu next time I visit.

Got the French toast, I wasn’t expecting the best but the strawberries were not fresh as the menu implied, they were the soggy sour kind of canned ones and on top of the dense toast that actually broke my fork was just not a great mix. No syrup or butter? The menu offered flavored butter but she says the only kind they had was regular, it wasn’t bad enough to be fully disappointing but it def was not worth even half what was charged.

I also got the basil lavender latte which tasted alright, not like the other ones I’ve tried but then getting a chunk of basil leaf stuck in the lid just ruined it for me texture wise.

Def won’t be back with the better options around but the location and staff seemed nice.

I have visited Santos a couple of times over the past few years, with my most recent visit on Sunday. Unfortunately, both my food and drink were disappointing.

I ordered an avocado toast and a medium latte. The latte had far too much milk foam, leaving the cup feeling half empty. This has been a persistent issue on each visit, regardless of who prepares the coffee. It really gives the impression that I’m not getting my money’s worth.

The avocado toast was also underwhelming. There wasn’t enough avocado, the bread was cold, and it came topped with a small piece of cheese, a large amount of arugula, and a few cherry tomatoes. It looked appealing because of the color combination and the box that came in. However, I was mainly eating bread. Box is very nice and appealing; however, I do not think it is the right choice for people who likes eat in the store. A plate would be nicer and easier to handle the food.

I believe management needs to address these recurring issues with both quality and consistency.
